    Dealership did a quote of 615 per month payment . Then a week later the same deal went up to 810 per month. When asked they said they would get back to me with why. I had to call them several time and finally got someone. I have a excellent credit rating and they have poor customer service. Dont recommend this place to do business. The only.answer I got was maybe the accentives where different from week before. That's 200 dollars a month different on payment. Alot of bs. Go to another dealership would be my recommendation.

    As posted on Facebook: I've been buying and trading cars/trucks for the past 50 years, and this most recent purchase experience at Gerry Wood was the worst. There were just too many issues to list here, but most frustrating was thinking that our cash payment covered ALL taxes, fees, etc, as we were lead to believe. Wrong, since the DOT wanted another $400 . NOTHING about our new car's features were presented to us.... NOTHING was really discussed about the car except that we MUST BUY NOW... they don't answer their online messages posted to them..... I could go on and on. One bright spot, as always: the service department is one of the best in the area. In coming years, I'm going elsewhere for my next Kia purchase.

    Hostage Situation! Terrible Customer Service!!

    Do NOT buy a car from here! Customer Service is extremely poor as they only think about themselves!! Comments like: "We make sure you do not leave without a car!" That was said after they removed the tag on my trade-in without my permission and I was not going to come back, but they held my title hostage and when I came back for it, they already signed it in their name WITHOUT my permission!!! Exactly, in my opinion, I experienced they did not want me to leave by holding me hostage. I would give 2 stars, but when they heard my complaint and only gave me 3 free oil changes. That's like throwing it in my face!!! They would not honor a lower advertised price, so I get to live with paying $9,000 more for the next 7 years. They said they will treat me better next time, but I don't buy it. Why won't they try to rectify the situation now?

    Asked for a price quote and received a very good price on a Jeep Latitude. I went to another dealership and got a quote that was higher. I made the mistake of showing the 2nd dealership the vin number on the vehicle. I suspect they then contacted Gerry Wood and within a couple of hours I received an email saying they had misquoted me and the vehicle was almost $5000 more. Very unprofessional.

    Francis Thayil was very nice to me and helping me by get me in a new car . It did not take long at all he was on it till the deal was made and Steve Books was very nice to me and my mom with helping us with the paper work, they were very knowledgeable, answered all questions without needing to run to superiors for help. I would definitely buy another car from them
