    After the purchase of my new Silverado.

    While the purchase experience was good not great their service department needs attention. Big dealership yet has one bathroom for their customers. Service advisors will be standing and not greet you. I told for almost 10 min without a how may I help you? They return your vehicle not the exact way you had it, for instance the seat was changed, the mirrors and small other things. Its my truck don't change anything on it. When they talk to you they look at me like could you hurry up so I could get back to chatting or playing on my cell phone. I could go on... The waiting area is outdated and has horrible furniture, There's no way they do the inspection as they say they do. I have personally done things that they are suppose to check and never did. So sadly I chose to go and give my business to the Cadillac dealership.

    Never a question about their service. It's the highest quality and most professional. Their service writers are the best pros in the business. Over many years of service with Nunnally Chevrolet, you get to know all their writers and the fact that they are really the best in the business. I highly recommend.

    amazing services - Our sales person Jacob Gilmore was so professional and helpful in finding us our car - only went to look and ended up buying - great deals and the financing was a breeze - I would recommend Nunnally Chevrolet for great deals!!!

    Terrible Sales managers are very rude and they blocked my sale because I would not buy a warranty from them. The sales guys are ok but unfortunately you must deal with the managers

    I would like to take a minute to call out the service department at Nunnaly. These guys are great! I have had my vehicle with them for two years plus. Rick in service has been great to deal with over this time! They are always on top of their game and do great work. They are the reason I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership. Service is where it is at..... Thanks guys for the attention to detail and the great customer service!

    Stopped in at lunch to test drive three vehicles, and couldn't even get a greeting let alone assistance, and I saw three people sitting by themselves at their desks inside (they even looked out at us a couple of times), and there were two employees walking around the lot taking notes on a clipboard. And not one single person said, "Hello". There are plenty of other dealerships that are hungry for sales, especially during this time of year. I guess they'd prefer that I go to one of those to purchase my next vehicle.

    Worked with Shaun Smith at the used lot. He was very professional, enjoyed working with him. There was a little confusion in difference in listed price on Cars.com versus what was quoted at the dealership. Not a big deal. Wish we could have made a deal, but also understand they deserve to make a profit. If we could have made a deal they could have made 14000 from my persepective. In all fairness they may have just needed to make more to make a real profit. All in all wasn’t a bad experience just didn’t make a deal. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend, I kind of like not messing around and just getting the this is what it is, if your looking to wheel and deal this isn’t the dealership for that, again just from my perspective. I also want to emphasize Shaun was very professional.

    My attempt to buy a Traverse

    My experience with this dealer left a bitter taste in my mouth I would never set foot on their property ever again, here’s why. Cars.com put me in email contact with the dealer. Alicia from the dealer responded back and asked me to come in for a test drive. We settled on a Wednesday she told me she would have the traverse ready for me to test Drive. On that Wednesday morning I received an email from her asking me to confirm I was still coming and she had set aside the time and had ready the traverse for me. I replied back definitely! When I arrived that afternoon a salesman told me Alicia was not there Wednesdays are her day off. What a rude unprofessional callous disregard for my time that action of her’s demonstrated to me. Salesman Jake took over test drove showed him my trade-in and he stated if I give you a good price on the traverse and a good trade-in value will you buy today? I said yes. I made an offer he came back and would not budge a single penny off the price on the traverse a direct contradiction to what he said a few minutes ago. He also offered me $1000 below the minimum trade-in value of my truck. I thanked him said I was leaving and he walked me to the door and then he said wait my manager wants to say hi and bye to you. So I stood by the front door and waited and waited Jake came back and said he was mistaken the manager did not want to say anything to me, my immediate impression was the manager told Jake “let him walk”. Obviously they sell so many vehicles they could care less about negotiating and they could care less how they treat the customer because someone else will walk in and be willing to buy.

    Just have to say - If you're looking for a vehicle, go talk to John Preston. He has really worked to make us good deals in the past, and did so again today. He listens to what you want/need and goes above and beyond to make it happen. He doesn't try to push you into something that's out of your budget or not what you're really looking for.If something doesn't go exactly to plan, he'll make it right. He'll take care of you
