    The worst experience! I went in to the dealership serious looking to buy. The salesman, John didn't take me serious. He never introduced himself, he was very rude, and unprofessional. I came a hour and a half before closing and you could tell he was ready to go home. He got an attitude when we told him we didn't like the first car and wanted to test drive another car. When I asked if there were any promotions or deals he just laughed and said the ticket price is the lowest in town. This is the second time going in here and I have had a bad experience both times! I am not sure if its because I am a female or what, but they clearly do not want my money. I will take it where it appreciated.

    Oil Change. October 22

    I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.

    Have been coming to George Matick for years,from buying vehicles, oil changes as well as maintence,the last two visits were terrible! Turned away for a oil change, 3-5 hour wait,make a appointment,at scheduled appointment waited by my car for 20 min,then hour and a half for the oil change, needless to say,I dont feel special anymore not sure if I will be returning

    First time ever buying a car cashed out on a vehic

    I go to buy my first car with cash a Chevy Traverse paid 17000 for the car 21,000 after the warranty that they said would cover everything including the transmission second day I had the car power steering went out after that it was just something one after the other and my warranty never covered anyting but I still had to pay the $100 deductible needless to say one year after that I turned my Traverse in and they gave me altogether $7,000 they gave me a check for a thousand and I bought a Malibu 09 for 6000 good service I think not I went from driving a nice $20,000 car to drive in almost a $5,000 car what a great experience for my first time at a dealership I had better luck on Craigslist

    Purchased a new Corvette Grand Sport

    I worked with Alan Johnson at Matick who was referred to me by a friend and I need to say, I had the best experience buying my brand new Chevy Corvette Grand sport. Alan went above and beyond to stay in touch with me through the whole process, granted it took me a few months to finally buy. He never once lost communication and made the transaction seamless. I would highly recommend Alan and the team at Matick Chevrolet to buy any vehicle.

    Last week took my vehicle here for an oil change, I also had been experiencing hesitation on acceleration and mentioned that to service adviser. He said they would check it out. Once they finished the oil change he said everything looked good. Gave me the keys, and upon driving out, the hesitation was still there. I called and spoke with same service adviser who advised me to have a transmission flush or some air quality check. Now this week I learned it is transmission. So I called around to different dealerships to ask the prices for new, rebuilt, used trans. Every dealership I called give me the maximum amount I would have to pay except Matick. And they don't have loaner vehicles available like Feldman, who has a dog on good service department.
