    I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Matick Chevy. The salesman and I had differences that involved his superior to resolve. Neither of the remotes on the keys for the car worked and I was advised that I would have to go to a Ford dealer for programming. After doing so, I was informed that the remotes didn't go with the keys and I should contact the dealer that sold me the car (the remote and key was one unit, not separate). I contacted Matick Chevy immediately with my concerns and was told that there was nothing that could be done. I should have listen to the warning signs that were given at the beginning with the salesman. Lesson learned, but would not recommend ANYONE to buy from this dealer.

    I left feeling like we made an "ok" deal-would've preferred them to negotiate a little better however my real complaint was in the extremely slow process. We came in, asked about a car we found online, agreed on a price. Have 2000 down and good credit. 4 hours later we were finally leaving with the vehicle.

    2016 Traverse Already had Tranny replaced!

    Don't buy 2016 Traverse VIN: 1GNKVGKD8GJ224888 unless you want a rebuilt transmission (old and rusty) that is low on trans fluid. I opened the hood and there were green, yellow, red, and black marks showing how to re-attach all the hoses/parts, etc. I looked under to find the transmission half of driveshaft was rusty while the driveshaft itself was like new. Jef said he didn't know anything about the car. Carfax was also oblivious to this major repair.

    Loved them but now hate them.

    I am done with them. I used them for three years and I am done. They replaced a Thermostat Housing and they charge $118 just to diagnose a check engine light. Anyways, they fixed the housing and turned the light off and stopped any coolant leaking. A few days later, coolant was leaking again. Took it to my mechanic I used to go to and found out the radiator was bad. The dealership didn't notice this? They didn't do a pressure test in the hoses? Instead of giving me a packet of upcoming maintenance, why not tell me my radiator is in bad shape? They rip people off, make you think you're getting a good deal and then stick it in your xxx. It wouldn't surprise me if they screwed up my radiator on purpose so it would leak and need to be replaced.
