    Vehicle wasn’t cleaned for delivery. Very difficult communication. I’m not sure how they sell any vehicles if everyone is treated the way I was. I would not go back.

    Refused to honor fully approved BOA loan, BEWARE!

    Refused to honor fully approved BOA loan despite membership in BOA Preferred Dealership Network. Would not deliver vehicle without collecting finance initiation fees despite BOA contract prohibition (per BOA). Provided full approval documentation to the dealership in advance, but was not told to have financial records needed for a new (and prohibited) loan application. Stuck at out of state dealership, I had no option but to accept dealer financing (should have walked). Received fraud alert from Credit Karma and negative impacts on credit. Contacted BOA, and dealership was offered option to rewrite the sale, but had already been processed. Contacted financing bank and filed formal complaint, loan is being transferred to BOA. Initial financing bank will address this with the dealership through their dealer representative, and was exceptionally helpful! Complaints filed with both banks and FCA, etc. Fully approved BOA auto loans are intended to protect you from greedy dealership finance salesmen. This fails when the dealership refuses to honor their contract with BOA. This behavior renders BOA Preferred Dealership status meaningless.

    Amazing service !!! We just went back to lease our SECOND vehicle from Scott Tesla. S E C O N D vehicle. The experience is always amazing from the moment we step into the building.     Don’t waste your time

    Saw car online went to dealership to look at. Receptionist called for salesman who never came. Walked the lot with my son and saw a car we liked but had trouble finding a salesman. Only had time during lunch so left. Looked online at car we liked and the price was rated very good by several websites. Sent email and booked appointment. Showed up at lunch next day asked for name of person I had appointment with. They were not available for my appointment so waited for another sales person. After awhile I finally got to test drive car. Decided to purchase. Waited for review of my trade. Once the trade came back the manager made offer 2500 more than online ads. When I inquired about the add they said it was a mistake and there were also rebates I did not qualify for and offered to eat 1000. I left. Looked at other dealerships that used the same software provider. Their online offers clearly state dealership discounts and manufacturer discounts. So misrepresented price online, misrepresented “appointment”, took two snd a half hours to find out they would not honor the price when I offered to pay full online listed offer.

    Was treated rudely and condescending by 2 managers (after driving from nyc) 1 being nick after purchasing Jeep deal made w/ Cory very nice all went through fine 33 days later still no registration can’t drive my Jeep need to use it for work but can’t because of getting tickets or towed called salesman Lucas 3x a week no response trying to have Cory GM to resolve issue still waiting??? Bought over 40 cars and trucks in my time Miami Massachusetts Connecticut New York New Jersey never had an issue 1st and last time here!!!

    paid for the oil change but never changed the oil

    My brother paid for an oil change. The oil was never changed. My brother never double checked their work- but he shouldn’t have to it’s just an oil change. Checked his oil when his car was still having problems and it was the same old oil. Called about this matter and told them the situation- the guy told me we could pay for another oil change and they’ll help but if we brought the car back we have to pay for a check-up too. This is the first review I’ve ever written- they took advantage of my little brother. We took the car to another service place and they said yes, the oil has not been changed in months. Genars didn’t even entertain the idea there was a mistake- said they don’t have to talk to us anymore and hung up. Makes me think they do this to a lot of people and I don’t want anyone to get taken advantage of like my brother did.
