    Great experience! lee with internet sales was quick and helpful with email responses. Salesman Bob Reder was very knowledgeable about the Ford Flex and helpful. The buying process was quick and painless. Great service all around. Enjoying my new Flex. I recommend Gene Latta Ford

    Dave Estep at Gene Latta Ford in Hanover, PA was great! The first night I walked in to the dealership to look for a new car I sat in his office crying. I did NOT want a new car, my mustang had just been t-boned the week before on my birthday. I was CRUSHED. I thought at this point in my life I should get a "responsible" car and test drove an Escape, looked at Edges, had an Explorer as a rental, and they were "ok". Loved the bells and whistles but it wasn't a mustang. I asked Dave to look around and send me some options. My husband looked at Dave and said "look for mustangs". lol. The next day the ONLY option that was sent to me was a mustang. Seems Dave and my husband both knew that I would only be happy in a mustang. The paperwork went smoothly, the staff was great, and I left with the mustang :-). The car had a couple scratches that the dealership was fixing for me and a few weeks later, took my mustang for the bodywork and gave me a courtesy car to drive while they fixed the scratches. Again, the car looks beautiful and again, Dave was great, as well as being greeted by the rest of the staff with a smile and a "hi" when I walked in the lobby. I feel Dave listened to what I REALLY wanted, not what I thought I should want, and went over and above to make me happy. Thanks Dave!!

    I was searching for a very specific car, in terms of year, color and features. My salesperson was responsive to all my detailed requests, and did not pre-judge me as not relevant considering I am 350 miles away. We easily agreed on a fair price for all and management was professional and courteous. The level of honesty and integrity was high and was exacting reletive to the cars condition, and my very detailed requessts. I keep vehicles for 10 years or more and I would return and recomend this dealership. Job well done!
