    Kevin was absolutely fabulous. Car needed some repairs on the lock mechanism and he took care of it all. A week later had trouble with convertible top - he had it fixed with no charge. I was so pleased with the integrity of the dealership and their willingness to work with me even after the car was bought. I would recommend working with Gen X anytime you need a used car. Thanks!

    On contacting dealer via their website to inform them of my concern, received a fairly rapid response from the salesperson I dealt with. End result Gen-X refunded the cost of having the oil leak and cause of the engine check light repaired.

    Dishonest! beware!

    Purchased a 2005 BMW 2005 had to return it within 24 hours due to oil leak and engine check light. Returned the car immediately. They appeared to be willing to repair the vehicle and kept it for two days. They did provide a loaner so service appeared good. However, repair was not undertaken, oil leak was touched up with a sealant and engine check light was reset.
