    They do not honor their website price have copies of the website page went into buy the car they would not sell bate and switch trap now up for a higher price tag

    It’s a shame that once I got there no one offered to help me as I passed by 7-8 sales people. Walked around the lot and still no one came to ask. Once I walked inside I went up straight to the counter and asked for a sales person. I brought in a very nice trade in and they absolutely low balled me big time and excused that it doesn’t matter what condition it’s in the quote it as fair and don’t offer a penny more. What a joke. They might be the lowest priced Chevy around but there follow through and customer service is horrible. His explanation for trade in was poor and didn’t even try to save a deal. Contact me back if you choose to save a deal and truly care about what people express about you and care about customer service.

    I purchased my vehicle on 9/11/20 brand new 2020 with 10 miles. The very next day the lights popped on the dash board and i take the car back. I pick up the same vehicle on 9/20/20 and the same thing happened lights popped on. They will not replace the vehicle but don’t know what is wrong. Also i forgot they say paperwork will be sent on a flash drive and i still have not received any paperwork for purchasing the vehicle. Trying to call someone is a joke no one is available no one calls back. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. They have literally taken any joy of purchasing my new vehicle away.

    7am oil change, only took 5-1/2 hrs. And two trips back to the dealership. Funny I didn't receive a customer survey, I doubt this survey will be posted ??

    Opportunistic and Dishonest

    Perhaps I should have checked the reviews before I ordered my Corvette C8 from Gateway Chevrolet. I placed my order 7 months ago and got the first allocation in Arizona. I was prompted to pick Gateway as the dealer by General Motors. The invoice I received after walking through the specifications was $84,000. There was never any mention of a dealer markup - and I corresponded many times with the dealership. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up the car, only to find an opportunistic Covid-19 markup of $20,000 (the plant has stopped producing cars due to the pandemic). The GM Robert Perez lied straight to my face and said he had told me about the dealer markup - when asked to produce proof, he produced a copy of an email on which he had handwritten $20k - the ink did not even appear to be dry. When I requested to speak to the owner, I was denied and told "It is what it is, if you don't like it you can leave". Prior to any mention of a markup, he had mentioned that he could probably sell the car for $140k. How GM allows this kind of dishonesty to exist in their dealer network is a complete mystery. Taking advantage of a global pandemic for profit is deplorable. Fortunately I was able to source a replacement car from a more reputable dealer.
