    Came just to look. Found a used Explorer that had just been brought in. Our Sales professional, Mike Berry was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and was not aggressive!! Worked with us and our drive to Richmond ended up with a beautiful Explorer! Would definitely drive to Richmond and work with Mike again!

    Pricing was problematic, I had $12k in equity in my trade, they wanted to keep that money. took MANY tries and several hours to get a deal that was semi-acceptable. The rebate $$ seem to have disapeared from the final deal after the fact. Said I wanted to see lease pricing, 'our lease system is down'. I was asked -- what would I like to complete the deal -- said I wanted a spray in bed liner -- no bed liner included. after the fact they said, yes, we screwed up, we will get it for you at dealer cost. their dealer cost was $200 more than I can get the same service from paul miller. First service appt -- my truck sat in their service lot all day, wasn't touched (I have the ford app for location) ... was told we couldn't diagnose your vehicle because ford servers had issues. We will reschedule.. NEVER DID. You can't find a worse ford dealer, go anywhere else.

    I bought a vehicle this afternoon and told them I was in a time crunch to get to work. They made the process very easy as well as very quick! Within a couple of hours the process was complete and I was on my way to work in the new vehicle! Thanks guys!

    Madison Ford and Lincoln has the most incompetent and inconsiderate service department I have dealt with. Scott (I think is his name) should not be in customer service. He is rude and a liar. BEWARE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

    I was looking for a dependable used vehicle and found a listing for one at Madison County Ford. I was told the vehicle was in stock and was gassed up and ready for me to come take a test drive. After driving almost 3 hours to see the vehicle, I was told there was a mistake and that the owners daughter-in-law was driving the vehicle and it was not on the lot and she was out of town. They tried to sell me other vehicles, but it had more mileage and not what I was looking for. The new sales man said he would try to make it right and would see if we could help by bringing the car to me or at least part of the way so that I didn't have to travel back. The manager told him no. I was then told for 2 more days that the vehicle would be back in and then suddenly the salesman stopped returning my calls. I have never see such an unprofessional group of liars in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY PROMISE!!!!!!

    My son purchased a newer car but used none the less from Madison Co Ford. He had a blow out on I75. No spare or jack to found. He asked about one. Was told he would have to get his own. I have never heard of paying 17,000 for a car that wasn’t equipped with something so important.
