    We saw a truck on the website that we were interested in. Called the dealer at 11:am and were told the vehicle was there. We made an appointment to see it at 6:30 pm. We got there and started the credit application, and when asked to see the truck, the salesman took us outside and wondered around the lot saying “it was right here” after wasting about 20 minutes and going back inside to ask somebody, we were told the truck had been sold that afternoon. At the very least we should have been given the curtesy of a phone call telling us it was sold . We rushed out of work to make the appointment only to be lied to. Bad business. Total lack of respect.

    Spent quite some time searching for the right truck for my family. Drove an hour south to meet with Dave Pariso. Could not have went any better. He took his time to make sure the buying process was as simple and stress free as he could for my wife and I. He exceeded my expectations for my first car buying experience. I couldn’t recommend this dealership or the salesman enough.

    Needed a new battery and "The Works". Service was completed quickly and notification was sent. As service was performed during the COVID-19 emergency I was dismayed to observe that two staff members stood talking to a customer and his son for approximately 10 minutes inside the service offices all huddled around the door and blocking that door. As I am practicing social distancing I had to wait until this group finished yukking it up before entering the office. None of those people were wearing masks or gloves. The customer and son finally left the office and I was able to enter. The son got into their vehicle and the customer returned to resume the conversation. Neither of the staff (one male, one female) thought it was important to take the conversation outside or practice social distancing. Additionally a another staff member was fiddling around with the overhead vent over the top of my self and both staff members seated at the desk. Common courtesy, in my opinion, would suggest that customers and staff be politely asked to move out from under the vents to avoid any dust or other contaminants.
