    Terrible customer service ad stated pricing applies to everyone with no gimmicks but when trying to purchase they raised the price over $3000.00 stating the special price was for local buyers only.

    This Is The Way Buying a New Car Should Be!

    After doing my homework for months on the new vehicle I wanted, my mind was made up - a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu. I dreaded the process of the art of the deal - the haggling and dealership tricks. Cars.com gave me a comprehensive look at the dealerships within my area, so I decided on those advertising the best prices. After talking to them on the phone and being reassured the car was the price advertised, I drove to a dealership 2 hours away. I was terribly disappointed when they told me my price would be over $1500 more because of the incentives I would not qualify for. I walked out! For 2 months more of watching prices, I found a good deal at Gary Lang Auto Group. Their internet price said EVERYONE qualifies. I found that hard to believe, so I called and was assured it was true. I took the chance and drove there, expecting a run-around. They had the car ready for me and I was so surprised at the ease of the transaction! No haggling or tricks! Within 2 hours I was driving my new car home! Zac Eichmann and his team delivered on their promise. A BIG thanks to Gary Lang Auto Group!! I would recommend Gary Lang to everyone in the market for a car!

    AMAZING SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

    Amazing experience at Gary Lang, Noah Cherry and Andrew were awesome and helped me get financing for a new vehicle. Great staff and wonderful experience overall. I couldn't get financed initially with my intended down payment but I was able to come up with extra funds to cover a larger down payment which allowed me to get financed. So thankful for Gary Lang for helping me get new wheels nicer than any vehicle I have ever had before!

    The salesman was very personable. He answered any and all questions that’s we had. We ended up not liking the original car we went to look at, but they worked with us to find other vehicles we were be interested in.

    2019 Escalade ESV horrible experience

    I can not stand dealerships that flat out lie. This dealership lies about the prices. They advertise one price online, than you contact them and they give you a much higher price. I contacted them on a 2019 Escalade ESV they had advertised on cars.com $64K sales price, when i contacted them they gave me a price of $72K, that's a huge difference in my book. They give me the excuse that cars.com advertised the wrong price. Stay away from people that lie like this. I can't stand liars.

    The mitsubishi subaru dealer poor performance

    Awful, I took my 06 evo to get an airbag recall. I tipped the tech before I gave them the car. They promised it in one day. That didnt happen. They lied to me about the car and why it would be another day. Then come to find out they broke it . Killed all the power and told me napa wouldnt have a fuse untill tomorrow. ***They had it in stock. I bought the needed fuse and went to go fix myself .I went to go recover the vehicle myself and found it running outside. Long story short I completely regret going there. I will never recommend to anyone.
