    1) Select car. 2) Work with Chris. He’s professional,knowledgeable, and “family” friendly. Absolutely no pressure. 3) Make offer. 4) The paper work takes about 2hours, maybe less. That’s the way it went for me. Chris made the entire transaction pleasurable, as did the “follow up crew!” So much competition and bologna out there, who needs it! ? Go where you can buy a car without all the back and forth waste of time insults! I shopped at other dealerships and was offered pittance for my trade in (which was a 2017 vehicle) and yet their used vehicles were priced like a new car! Their “reasoning”and excuses were hilariously embarrassing! Nice to know there is a dealership where you can make a purchase pleasantly! I’ve bought from Ganley before (Honda, next door to Subaru) and had the same pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I am a picky person and highly recommend them!

    Had the pleasure of test driving a car w/ Nadia Cruz, she was exceptionally passionate about the product line and had a deep knowledge of the car my boyfriend and I were interested in. We ultimately did not come to terms w/ the Ganley team, however the experience on the sales side was outstanding. I would like to offer some constructive criticism to the management. Sales ppl work tirelessly to put themselves in position to close deals. It is your job to close the deal not insult the buyers, especially a buyer w an 830 credit score. As buyers we understand everybody wants to make some money, but to move a lease price roughly 25% from 400 to 325 after telling us maybe we need a lesser car is a bad look, especially once we have left the dealership. We ended up leasing a Tiguan that stickered 3k more, 32500, w 1k down. Ganley team was asking 400 for 29500 sticker, 1700 down. Same 830 credit score In any event Nadia was wonderful, the staff was friendly enough, however integrity does come into play
