    As someone that was taught to fear dealership service, it's refreshing to see that it's not as bad as I was made to understand by my parent. I've had positive experiences so far, and they always try to save you a little bit of money, by finding coupons that song too what you're having done.

    Ive been with Honda for two years now and I have nothing but great things to say waiting time is appropriate everybodys friendly smiles all around and everybodys always willing to ask if I need help.     Our service rep was very friendly & helpful. We did not realize that our service would take 1 hour and had other errands to finish, but our service rep did his best and we were done before 1 hour. Very satisfied!

    Overall, our experience was good. We got a pretty good price and got a good car. Ali was pretty up to speed about the CR-V and walked us through it pretty well. overall good experience that I would probably go there again.

    During my recent lease of a new vehicle, we were treated respectfully and with consideration at Ganley in North Olmsted. The salesman, Joe Soehnlen, was very efficient and helpful and we found the perfect car very quickly.
