    New Tires and alignment

    Ganley Honda did a great job of replacing my tires and giving me an alignment. The total price was $650. which included the tax. The staff are all friendly and always ready to assist. They even gave me a $50. coupon off of the new tires as long as I bought four of them. What I like the best is that they offer free coffee, and a variety of coffees as well. Tea and bottled water are also available, free of charge. Their facility is super clean and they have chairs and umbrella outside if you want to smoke and drink coffee while you're waiting. Car washes are also free if you bought a car from them. After the car wash they told me that I had a broken washer bottle. I don't know how that happened. Now it won't dispense windshield wiper fluid. Well, they said it would cost $190. to have it replaced and the price included labor. I think that is awfully high just to replace a washer bottle. I am thinking about buying one at Auto Zone and paying a friend to install it.

    First off let me say i dont have perfect credit.....but i shouldnt be treated differently than any other customer.I went to the dealership inquiring about a 15k chevy SUV and was told i couldnt get approval for it but i could get approval for a 21k Honda van. The saleman Eric Roder told me they only had the 1 in stock when i saw 2 on the website. I did a little investigating on my own and found out the other van was in stock but Eric was pushing the lower model to me because of the commission and my credit score. This is a blatant lie on his part due to greed i believe. In the end i wasnt approved for a loan and glad i wasnt because i wouldnt want to give them my business after what i found out. Avoid Eric Roder at all cost if you go here.

    Great Staff and the buying process was great and the all of the staff is great....
 
 The only negative is my 2017 Accord Sport SE has had a rattle in the dash since I bought it and I have had to the dealer 3 times and 1 time they kept it for a week and they can not fix it... The car is great, just have to leave the radio on when driving :- /

    Had an occasion to schedule a service appointment for my Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. The required service was for an A-1 service and also to address a simple recall issue. Initially, the appointment were schedule for 7:15 a.m. and for 3:00 p.m.
 
 My many thanks to Mr. Michael Landino, who is a Service Advisor, for arranging both service needs as the 7:15 a.m.so that I did not have to make another trip for the 3:00 p.m. appointment. This was very much appreciated.
 
 Both service items were taken care of in less than one hour. While waiting in the customers' lounge/waiting area, I found it to be very clean, comfortable, and with plenty of seating arrangements.
 
 One outstanding item that needs documenting is how helpful Mr. Landino was with an issue that I was not able to resolve in the past. I had purchased a software/maps 2018 upgrade for the Navigation System. To properly install both DVDs, three codes are necessary: A system ID #, an Activation #, and a vehicle security code. What I was not able to get was the security code; which was supposedly somewhere in the User Manual. Mr. Landino went above and beyond normal help and somehow was able to obtain the security code (which I have now written in the User Manual for future reference. Many thanks, Mr Landino, for all of your outstanding help.
