Don't be Fooled - Includes 1st Payment, Acquisition Fee and Destination - except it doesn't and they can't explain it. Had a salesman who worked there for four years tell me today - yeah it's confusing and I'm not sure who writes these ads but I can't figure out the pricing myself.

I cannot speak about the car service department, only the sales and financial advising team. From unprofessional and untrained sales associates to unqualified financial advisors, to blaming the customer (and later finding out it was their mistake), to giving false and untrue information regarding car financing (again later finding out via the bank), this solidifies the horrid reputation of dealerships being crooks, at least at Ganley Honda. I am thankful I like my vehicle and for this reason they got 1 star. If I could give zero, I would. I even told them during my initial visit with them that I didn't want to write a bad review and instead would give direct feedback because I do not think it appropriate to usually submit public reviews. Unfortunately, additional poor interactions have since ensued and I do believe the public should now be informed.

I call, leave a voicemail, saying I'm coming (after I was told if he didn't answer to leave him a voicemail since he checks it very often). When I arrived, I waited for 2 hours, and after going up front and asking where the person I was working with was, I was told that he had just been ignoring everything and just going on test drives with other customers. Mistakes happen, I get that. They referred me to someone else with took me another 30 minutes of waiting. After meeting with this next person, we talked and picked out a car that I would be leasing. I'm a pretty down to earth person and joke around, but this salesperson repeatedly just insulted - not joked with me, insulted me about previously leasing a Toyota which at the time, was the best car I had ever had. After running credit scores after waiting another HOUR, the salesman told me that I did not have the credit to lease another car. Instead of suggesting other vehicles, he pretty much shoo'd me off. I called again the next day and left ANOTHER message, hoping that we could talk about more vehicles, and still days later did not get a call back. This is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review, but my experience at this dealership was just on another level of bad.

They were not willing to come down on price which I wasn't at all upset about. However when I went to walk away they brought in another salesman who fed me the same line as the first. By this time my 3 year old and baby were crying. Went to walk away again and another salesman fed me the line a third time! Spent more time then needed there. Bought the other van which ended up being a much cleaner vehicle anyway. Nice salesman but pushed to hard and made us feel like we were making a mistake which I didn't appreciate.
