  Had to get a new car quick!

  This is my third time buying a car at Ganley Ford West. The last two times I found the car I wanted on-line, went in for a test drive and bought the car. I looked at a couple of other places but always went back to Ganley's. I always get a good deal and great financing. It's a great place to go.

  2020 Ford Ranger

  A J Bruno was very helpful during the process and although the truck with the options wasn't in their inventory he was able to secure it from another dealer. He's also followed up after the sale, checking to see if we were satisfied.

  Trade/upgrade to 2020 Mustang premier ecoboost

  As a previous customer of Ganley Ford West, I was aware of their outstanding customer service; therefore, after receiving a mailer about trading in my 2019 Mustang, I called and set up an appointment with Mr. A.J. Bruno. He proved to be extremely knowleggeable , not only about the Mustang and all the various safety features, but also about the Ford Company and the Ganley dealership. After locating the car I desired, and the obligatory credit check was completed, the finance manager explained the best option(s). There was no pressure to purchase additional services, although they were all thoroughly explained. His advise was very appropriate and helpful, given the fact that an auto purchase today is the second most expensive item we make. As previously, I was satisfied, happy, and grateful for Ganley Ford and their staff of professionals.

  Overall the service is fine but the car itself has been nothing but a hassle and trouble for me now that is something that i would not recommend to get a ford focus car. Im a Very dissatisfied customer.
