    Shocking, their finance team does not talk to each other. They will not call me back, and pulled my credit without authorization. I would not recommend trusting this location with purchasing due to their dishonest and disconnected financing team.

    I made seven attempts by phone to make an appointment to get an oil change I never received a callback leaving several messages no one answered the phone when someone did answer the phone they were extremely extremely rude to me a second person called me back again extremely rude The worst customer service for a car dealership I’ve ever experienced

    I was attacked

    I was attacked by this salesman (Brian) very unprofessional guy that gets angry if you “waste his time” he tried to intimidate us and he yelled at us. They’re not negotiating people. If you think they’re negotiating with you. Wrong! they are just not ripping you off as bad. I’m not saying you should be scare to go to this place but we were ready to purchase a vehicle for the right price and they totally called me a xxxxxx. Once I tried to shake hands to say bye and thank you to them they turned around and rejected me. Very unprofessional and aggressive staff. You can always contact me to tell you my experience.

    Don't waste your time

    Bought a new F150 truck memorial day weekend 2019. I told them what I needed and they insisted that the truck could do the job for my 10 acre ranch and hauling horses. I kept asking are you sure? They promised it could pull 13,000 lbs safely. I bought it. With in 48 hours another dealer called to check in with me and told me they sold me the wrong truck. I immediately called Future Ford right back. They said he did not know what he was talking about. Turns out he did, it was the smallest engine 2.7 L not 3.5 L and can't pull even 3500 lbs without the truck fishtailing on the freeway. They refuse to make it right. I am now taking legal action and have contacted corporate. This was a very dangerous move and put the horses and drivers in jeopardy. Now I own a car with a truck bed that can't haul anything over 3500 lbs. I am steeped deep in the horse industry and all my clients drive trucks.

    See other sites and reviews regarding the financing scam that this dealership does to customers. They lie about getting you approved for a loan. They give you payments and finance charge, they take your downpayment and your trade and then they call in 1-2 weeks and tell you the financing did not go through but if you can come up with a couple of thousand more they are sure they can get you financing. When you bring the car back they refuse to give you your downpayment back. They say they already sent it took the bank and you have to prove that the payment went through and they will mail the check to you.

    Purchased a Ford F150 on November 24th 2018. We were fairly happy with the experience. John was our salesman, and worked with Bryce Pratt and Tyler Swedensky. The process felt a little rushed. We negotiated a wheel package and well as a leveling kit and a tandeau cover. Two days after purchase we realized that we should have purchased the tailgate with the step, as we are getting older and might have trouble climbing into the back of the truck. My wife called to see if it was possible to add this by taking away the cover and paying the difference. Tyler called my wife at work and proceeded to tell her how much money was lost in the deal and basically the tailgate option was a big NO. We were not asking for anything to be given to us we would have paid the difference. I feel that after such a large purchase, the number one objective would be to have a happy and satisfied customer. My wife had a conversation with Dan Tellez, who listened to our concerns, and stated he would look into the deal.
