    fudged paperwork. Didn’t inform us that we had to pay tax title and license until a month later.. so driving truck illegally for a month. Only had one key for xxx truck. Can’t wait to hear what BBB. has to say about this xxxx show!!

    DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE

    WARNING - DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE. Unfortunately didn't read reviews on these crooks before buying a used SUV from them. We had to get the transmission rebuilt (over $2,800), oil pan gasket replaced (~$200), and it's going in the shop tomorrow to get an antifreeze leak fixed. When we bought the vehicle about 3 weeks ago, they said that the noise we heard during thet test drive was not the transmission, but a vibration coming from a heat shield (it was the transmission). They also said their mechanics look over all their used vehicles in detail before they sell them. Either their mechanics are completely incompetent, or they knew about the issues and still sold us a junk car. They wrote us a $500 check to put towards the repairs and told us to not write a bad review... I'm writing a review because it would be a disservice to the community to to tell others about this.

    Fulton Ford?s technicians did a thorough job inspecting our truck for a problem and kept us informed of the progress. Our truck was ready in a timely manner. Will definitely go to them for service needs in the future.

    Nice facility and friendly personnel. Had to have throttle body replaced due to loss of power while driving. More electronic/computer problems have surfaced so will be taking it back for more warranty work.

    As a repeat customer, I was treated very cavalierly by the sales staff. Automated emails do not impress me especially when they are in inaccurate. It did not appear that they were very hungry or eager to sell vehicles. I will not return or recommend them.

    My niece and I came to look at a used car she was interested in buying, this was her first time purchasing a car on her own. She was very nervous and is sometimes shy with strangers. Our salesman Joel Pautz is the BEST!! He made her feel welcome and at ease right from the start. He made the entire process comfortable and uncomplicated (as you can get buying a car), explaining anything she did not understand in simple terms, not legal/car dealer mumbo jumbo. Even going so far as sitting and talking with us during that eternally long, nerve wracking wait for finance/banks to call back. THANK YOU JOEL for making the whole experience a Great one for her. She purchased her car and got to bring it home same night and she was and is still just so excited. I can't Thank Joel and Fulton Ford enough. I will be recommending Fulton Ford and especially Joel Pautz to everyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. You are all HOMETOWN FRIENDLY and HOMETOWN Proud. Thanks also to Mark, the boss, didn't get his last name and only saw him for few minutes, but was also friendly and personalable. Dealership was very nice, clean, comfortable and well lit.
