    Buyer beware. Fuccillo will take your deposit and continue to advertise the car to try and get better offers until the car leaves their lot. They obliviously are sales driven and customer service comes second. I was ready to drive over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from them when I was told the car needed brakes. Was told not to worry they would put a sold sign on the car if i provide my credit card information for a Deposit and reply to an automated text message confirming I would be coming to purchase the car as soon as they had the brakes replaced. I did everything they asked to hold the vehicle. They strung me along for 3 days until they received a better offer and sold the vehicle. I spoke with the General Manager Colby who told me sorry but he double sold the vehicle and there was nothing he could do. I would recommend you be very careful of the deals you make with this dealer as their Senior Leadership has no concern for keeping commitments is there is an extra buck to be made.

    Fantastic customer service

    Ryan at Fuscillo Nissan provides fantastic customer service. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle through them but did sell my used car via KBB instant cash. Ryan made the whole process quick and easy and didn’t pressure me to buy. He came across as being very genuine and honest, not you’re typical car salesman. When I’m back in the market for a vehicle I will be going to see him and I recommend you do to.

    STAY AWAY

    Don't bother trying to go to this place without being immediately hounded by a sales staffer. Looked online and found a couple cars that interested us but they were nowhere to be found on the lot. We circled the building where the sales person stopped us in our car. They followed us on one side and then seemingly ran to cut us off before we could leave the lot. We got out of the car to look at some vehicles only to find they do not list prices on their car. They want you to come into their sales office first, get a high pressure situation where you have to basically buy a car to leave much like a timeshare "presentation". They run your credit, see how much you can afford, put down etc and GIVE you a list of cars you can afford. If you want to shop in a box and have no input of the car you want shop here. The sales person told us it was his first sales job and it showed. He accused us of only coming to the lot because he thought they would be closed. This was a true statement but I am glad they were open because I will never do business with them. Shady high pressure sales is not my cup of tea.

    Short Story: Purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX with 10,000 miles, was assured the vehicle was completely stock and that it still had plenty of factory warranty. Purchased the car and drove the car for less than 500 miles and the transmission blew, Subaru voided warranty because the car had previously been modified. Had to pay close to $10,000 out of pocket to replace transmission on the car I had for roughly 1 week. Extended version: My sales rep reached out the morning the transmission blew telling me they had failed to have me fill out the credit union app on the day of the sale and I needed to complete it ASAP. I explained the situation and mentioned that I was more focused on the car that just died vs. the financing paperwork they failed to have me complete. The financing manager called the next day, saying I REALLY needed to complete the paperwork, I said the same thing, he said he needed to talk to some people there. I didn't hear anything back for a while, and got a monthly statement from a different financing company - they went ahead and pushed it through a different lender vs. resolving the situation with me.

    I am so well pleased with the general guidance and help that I got from this agency, I just had to write this review. The staff that I dealt with, Rosalba, Sam and Kyle were all so friendly , I was amazed. Very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel very comfortable.

    Amazing Experience

    I had an amazing experience here, they made my car buying experience a great one! They worked with me nonstop to get financing approved for me despite my many “issues”, poor credit, low down payment, junker trade in, etc. Not once did they make me feel anything less than deserving of their time and ultimately money (I had changed my mind right before delivery of the car and they didn’t even hesitate to cancel the contract, notify the lender, and write up a whole new contract for a completely different car). I am beyond happy with my payments, my car, and the service I received. I was there so long that Dayana actually brought me lunch!! Highly recommend this dealership and their amazing staff. What a GREAT experience I had!

    I lease a Roque in 2015 from Auto Nation in this location , they were top notch , treated me very well, so when My lease was about 4-5 months from the end , I figured I would give this new dealership A call and discuss my options , I called and a sales girl didn’t want to both with me yet, said to call back went lease was closer to end, with that she dismiss me . Needless to say , when they call me now, I dismissed them ,
