    I traveled over an hour to look at a car. I called immediately before I left my house to verify the car was available. Of course when I got there, the car had "just sold". Of course they also didn't bother to call and tell me about this while I was in route. Reviews like this should be at the top, this is the type of shady dealer that gives them all a bad rap.

    Oil change

    Need to stop wasting customer time. If I need oil change only and I say so when I come in why am I wait ing over an hour and half than they come and tell me 10 other things I need to change .I didn't ask for a full car inspection just oil change how hard is that to do. If I wanted to have my car completely checked I would say so or ask. This is happening every time I come. This will be my last time having an oil change at Fucillo they need to stick to what the customer asks to be done in timely manner.

    2015 jeep grand Cherokee

    I recently bought 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. The buying experience was the absolute best! Ryder was professional and courteous! And on a Sunday night I was approved (and I don't have the greatest credit) and got to drive my jeep home! I thought that was amazing! I applied for credit through my bank prior and they got me a better interest rate! Again on a Sunday night! Would recommend this place to anyone.

    Staff doesn’t know vehicles . Wanted a frontier and they tried to push a murano on me . They do not return calls and are very unprofessional in all areas of salesmanship . I talked to numerous former customers who said they won’t ever buy from the Fuccillo dealerships as well as myself

    Amazing service!

    Let me start by saying this service department is the best I have ever worked with. Recently I dropped my car off and received a loaner. I left my sunglasses inside the loaner and when I went back to see if they found them Ron greeted me and looked in all the loaners they had and even called another customer to check it they were in that car. He said he would continue looking and follow up with me and he did just that! Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and I'm provided with amazing service wether it's an oil change or body work needed or even looking for sunglasses. I recommend this service dept to anyone looking for an incredible honest experience. Ask for Ron or Samantha, they are amazing!

His focus was on what we wanted and he showed courtesy while discussing the features of the Nissan Rogue.
