    Truck had a recall for EGR and eventually check engine light came on, so set up appointment to have it replaced. Was told a same day deal, I figured that was not the case but dropped her off at 10 am on a Tuesday. Call at the end of the first day, was told they had parts and tech was working on it but didn?t quite get it done. Day2- no update called at around noon, they were waiting on parts...Day3- no update, called for status and the tech was working on it should finish but the end of the day. Nothing else heard. Day4- called first thing and was told they were waiting on more parts to finish. I asked for a loaner if they weren?t able to finish by the end of day and a couple hours later, I get a call sayings it?s all done. Go to pick the truck up and it reeks of oil smell, was parked out in the rain with back windows down (I have guards but still). Light is gone so that?s good, but was somehow spewing windshield washer fluid out of the grill when I got home. Not too thrilled with this round of service, was covered under recall so no money spent or I would have been much more upset.

    I took our Ford Explorer in for oil change and the service department not only did the oil change but found 2 recalls and took care of those as well while I was waiting. Also - as it was our first one since purchasing a 2017 Explorer in October this was all free as a complimentary service. I was very pleased with the service representative who took care of this. Will definitely be back for the next service or maintenance. We have been dealing with this company since the late 1970's.

    Impossible to communicate with - All Voicemail Boxes are full and not accepting any messages. Perhaps there are no real humans there - Just full voicemail boxes.

    This dealership can not be trusted. Tried to purchase a vehicle, we signed sales contract with the dealership on Saturday evening, had to wire transfer funds on Monday morning, while at the bank the dealership became unresponsive, after several hours, finally dealership proceeds to tell us the truck sold Sunday. We were under contract Saturday. Do not trust this dealership!!! P.S. after the truck was "sold" to someone else...they tried to sell us a more expensive one!!!

    I found the truck I wanted at this dealer and stared the buying process on the phone. Once I arrived at the dealer to finish the transaction it was as if I had been buying from them for years. Everyone was just so nice and pleasant to speak with during the entire process. Jared our salesperson was just a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer for anyone in or outside the area.
