    I bought a 2016 F250 Powerstroke on 10/23/19. The sale went fine, both parties tried to haggle a little bit. On 10/27/19, less than 100 miles on the vehicle, it broke down. I called the sales man to see if they would help fix, as I only drove the vehicle 3 times. He stated he needed to talk to the sales manager. The sales manager said no to helping me, and said that was why I bought the warranty. I asked them to help me with the deductible for the warranty claim, and he again said no. I'm very disappointed with the response I received from the sales manager. I would have thought he would want to take care of a customer, but I guess I was wrong. He was there to sell the vehicle, but not to take care of his customer after the sale. Very, very dissatisfied with this place.

    Was laughed at when I said I saw a lower price on an ad, employee said What on the internet? Another employee told us her boss had already sold the car we took for a test drive but there were more expensive alternatives.
