    Worst customer service i've ever experienced

    I took my car still under warranty for a software upgrade. They've kept my car for the entire week and today they would not release my car to me til they collect payment from the dealer. Even after i offer to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I was told to leave the property. Unbelievable!!! I honestly cant believe it! Any sugestions on how to deal with these people?

    Same mistake 3x

    I've returned to this dealer for service 3 times since the purchase of my 3500 truck. They mostly don't care about the customer and I'll be going to the dealer about 20 miles north next time. For a 1 & 1/2 to 2 hour scheduled maintenance it has been over 3 hours so far. Over 45 minutes ago the service advisor "Randy Giese" said he was just waiting for the paperwork, he is still waiting......

    Excellent Experience

    Recently my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We were looking into either new or pre-owned Grand Cherokee's. We worked closely with the Internet Department to find something that would fit our needs. They listened to what we were looking for, explored every option for us, and were very up-front and thorough through the whole process. What is great is that they preach that them being "family owned" really makes a difference and they were 100% accurate. We could not have found a better place to purchase our new vehicle. Our first service went very smoothly as well and we look forward to the relationship that we have with them if and when something goes wrong (fingers crossed). I will be recommending them to my family and friends when they are in the market.

    Dishonest and deceiving

    Their ad reads that you must ask for one of their internet 'managers' to get the internet special price. Do they think we are stupid? The law says that you cant have a different price for a car if its advertized already. So there is no 'special internet price' but when you visit the lot they do things like its from the horror stories of used car salesmen, intimidating and unfriendly asking rediculous questions that has nothing to do with me looking at a car. Hiding facts and refusing to answer direct questions. They will not give any information unless you 'commit' to buying a car 'today' then they write things on paper and give it back to you do they think that retail and car sales is actually booming? Its a buyers market and they should remember that.
