  I couldn't have been treated nicer. They were so polite and efficient. Best experience ever. We just love our Ford Escape. This winter it performed so well on snow and ice, it practically walked up and down the icy hills.

  Ask for loaner due to recall repair and the service manger indicated that none were available, called two days ago to make appointment. Would not recommend this dealership due to poor customer service
