  Poor Customer Service & Follow Up

  I submitted an online request for info on a truck the dealership had listed on Cars.com. The person I talked to told he she would get some pics that day after it stopped raining. A week went by and still no pics. I received a canned email asking if my needs were met to which I responded "no". I then received an email telling me the truck was still in detail and she would send pics when the truck was out of detail. No pics to this day. I did get an email a few days ago about a sale at the dealership & that the website wouldn't upload the pics. I have already purchased a truck at this point.

  My wife and were looking to upgrade from our sedan to a new SUV since we have a new addition to the family. We went on fletcherchryslerjeep.com and contact Eric in internet sales. He was very knowlegable and courteous. He set us up with a test drive with Andy. He was an amazing salesman. He helped us find the car we needed at the right price, and even stayed way past close just to do so. Best customer service experience I have ever had from a dealership hands down!!
