First of all I talked to James Callaway in the morning to make sure truck was still available before driving over two hours to get there. I got there and truck was filthy. If they knew I was coming you think they would have cleaned it up. Let tailgate down and looked like it was being used as trash can. But wasn't gonna get anywhere near a deal because they act tires is made of gold but your trade is nothing. They said my truck has rough ride. It is FX4 so it suppose to have stiffer suspension. Anyway if you go in don't expect anything for yours.

by Brad Dillon from Jonesboro, AR | February 03, 2017So I buy a Brand new Ram 2500 in October 2015 everything goes great with my Salesmen Robert Walters Great guy buy the way did his best to take care of me after the sale too.. he is no longer with Fletcher unfortunately but i feel obligated to share my experience.. incident #1 involved trailer running light fuse going out.. and it taking 2 trips and me paying for parts amd labor to fix it.. truck was 2 months old with 3,000 miles Bumper to Bumper Warranty?? I was refunded my labor cost after first review was left and i took it down.. but the 2nd incident.. involved first oil change in March of 2016. I take my 50,000+ Cummins diesel truck to Fletcher for 1st free oil change (only went because it was free) they absolutely screw it up all over again. First they start the truck and oil is shooting out of the oil filter gasket like massively spewing out.. they redo that change that day.. I don't make a big fuss.. because robert made sure they redone it right. Except for the fact that it wasn't done right the 2nd time.. I hook up my 9500 pound trailer and drive 12 hours unbeknowingly its leaking oil the whole time and the motor is 15,000+.. so i go back pretty irate the 3rd time same problem.. They finally fix it.. and offer more free oil changes as compensation (No Thanks). I am just sharing my experience so other cummins owners can know not to take it to fletcher for service. Please don't contact me I am not interested in hearing from you Fletcher..

by Unhappy Customer from Wynne, Ar | April 27, 2016I purchased a vehicle for my daughter a couple months ago. The Salesperson I worked with was great but the manager was very rude. After it was all said and done, I let it go thinking I didn't have to deal with the manager anymore. However, a month after purchase, the vehicle wasn't acting right. We took it up there, since it was under warranty. Not only would the warranty not cover the problem but the service adviser and manager both told me I was the problem. I may not know much about vehicles, but a new vehicle shouldn't have problems within the first month, let alone be caused by my daughter and I just driving it. The managers seem trained to just brush off any complaint and ask for more money. Well I'm done giving you my money. Next time, I'll just go somewhere else.
