I recently purchased a Nissan from Tom Jones and was floored by the easiness and knowledge of credit challenged people. He made my transaction a done deal. I went to several other dealers , but their salespeople were like robots. Very cold and scripted. I will continue my future car shopping with mr. JONES. I purchased my car and was in and out less than an hour. Fwb autobrokers is a reminder of how deals used to he made. A+ all the way!

2001 Toyota Tacoma (Mary Ester Location)

Advertised a 2002 Tacoma with oversize tires and wheels. they were asking 7,300 for it and I emailed them wanting pictures of the interior and more of the exterior. They did not respond. I called their number and talked tp skip and he said the only thing wrong with it was the previous owner had put down some of the same material that they coat truck beds with and did not install all the trim pieces, he said he had brought in a few of them but it was still missing some. I drove 45 minutes to their store and saw the Tacoma in front of the building, The outside did not look too bad for a 2002 automobile until I opened the driver side door and saw that the interior was a total disaster. The reason he did not install the trim I think was that when he put the non skid down the trim would not fit anymore. It was missing the console, the driver seat had a different vinyl colored cover over the seat back and the head rest had another color vinyl cover over it. He said the least that he would take for the truck was 6,900 dollars. It probably looked just like the day the previous owner traded it in, the dealer did not even clean it up.

We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!

Was only inside briefly so didn't really notice much about the office. The salesperson was informative about the jeeps I was interested in. He shared any issues there were and seemed very honest. He left my number for another rep that I had already contacted by email. I also received a follow up call from the person I emailed. Though I did not ultimately buy a vehicle from them I felt they were very attentive and I would recommend this dealership to others.

I have bought many, many cars over the years, and I have never had such a great experience as purchasing a used car from the FWB Auto Brokers. This time, I bought a car for my daughter and was met by the Sales Manager Davie. Please remember that name, Davie; sincere, accommodating, easygoing, and very fair-minded. My daughter has now had the car for several weeks, and loves it, with no problems whatsoever. We received a fair price for our trade -in and purchased a newer car, again for a fair market price. Bought a 99 lincoln with 82000 miles on it thinking it would be a decent car. Boy was I wrong. Called them and let them know and they still haven't returned my call. I guess sold as is really means sold as is even if you have problems the same day you purchased it. I do not recamend buying from them.

Warranties are available at additional cost. We did get back with the customer. Our market demands inexpensive cars that we will continue to provide. Although we do inspect our cars prior to selling them all customers are welcome to have our cars inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase. I especially recommend this for the inexpensive cars when a warranty isn't affordable.

Dealt with Davie at the dealership. Overall, good experience, not high pressure, and he wanted to make a deal and do business. Fair sales price and trade in offer. Like any auto transaction there were a couple minor issues to get resolved, but would definitley consider buying/trading here again!
