  Well I never thought I’d ever be able to say that I had an exceptional experience buying a car. But I did! Jay L. Fields is a true professional in every aspect. I purchased and loved my Mercedes sport model I bought a couple years ago but it was time for a change. But I wanted the change to be awesome And get the most bang for my buck. Jay Waited until he had the right car with every option @ an exceptional price With the most promotional offers from Mercedes. I gave him all my information by text and phone & when I went to pick the car up I was out of there in an hour and a half flat with a big smile on my face and a skip in my step because of my beautiful new Mercedes. Thank you Jay for everything !!! And also a special shout out to Patrick Jones for making the numbers right so the deal happened and to all the great people at Fletcher Jones Mercedes In Summerlin.   This is the 3rd MB we have purchased from Fletcher Jones and in particular Mike Mondesi. Mike is an excellent sales person, concerned with getting us what we are looking for and answering all our questions. He does not pressure the client and is genuinely concerned with the client's satisfaction. I will be purchasing vehicles from Mike as long as he is a salesperson! Thanks, Mike!

  Cookie is by far the best sales rep EVER!!! I had been shopping online for quite some time and attempting to get a detailed purchase price quote. The ONLY dealership to actually send me EXACTLY what I asked for without trying to pressure me with phone calls and arranging a visit was Fletcher Jones. I sent them email with a detailed description of what I wanted and what I didn’t want and within minutes I had what I asked for. Cookie emailed me the quote without once telling me I had to come to dealership. She then went above and beyond to help me. I ended up not buying a car from them but the decision was based solely on my financials. I’ve put the car I wanted on hold for now but when I decide to purchase that particular car, cookie will be my first contact! I hope the owner appreciates the awesome employee they have with cookie Ackly. Cookie that you again!!
