    I just wanted to warn anyone who ever wanted to deal with this company. They lie at the moment of selling that your lease is 3 years and then put in some hidden clause that it's actually 4 years. Please be mindful and careful, as we put our trust in them and found our they were straight lying to our face. Also my vehicle has all sorts of electrical failures. I have reached out to the customer service multiple times but unfortunately could not get a result. They simply refused to fix the issues. Stay away from both the company and the vehicle!!!

    Lemon Audi Q5 - Exaggerated Pre-Owned Certificate

    I would assign a lower rating if I could. Customer service at Fletcher Jones needs a lot to be desired. We bought an Audi Q5 pre-owned certified in October 2019. We have grown extremely dissatisfied with the quality. Shortly, after purchasing the pre-owned certified vehicle we discovered cigarette burns on the headliner and carpet to both driver and passenger sides. There was also damage to part of the back to the front driver seat. The door locking mechanism was inoperable and the key fob was the only way to lock or unlock the vehicle. Upon discovery of these issues, my wife left a voice mail message for the sale representative but never received a response. My wife brought the vehicle in for repairs but remains dissatisfied. The repair to the headliner and carpet was not effective in remedying the damage. Shockingly, their service representative informed my wife that the damage to the seat was not covered by warranty. We would have to pay to have it fixed, but after much discussions they have agreed to replace it. Still waiting for an appointment. After these discoveries, we reviewed the inspection checklists. It stated that these items were satisfactory; we find it hard to believe that these clearly visible damages were not discovered and addressed. Based on this experience, we have serious reservations about the fidelity of AUDI certified pre-owned program. We requested an appointment to speak to a manager via our sales representative Channing Greene. We did not get a prompt response therefore we had to place a phone call to Channing. A few minutes later I received a call from David Soth, Pre-Owned Manager. He was aware of the issues, he stated they went above and beyond trying to fix the burn damage. He added that they were not required to remedy the situation since we did not bring the car back immediately. I explained that we are busy professionals and got the car back as early as humanly possible. I told him that we wanted to return the car. He flatly stated that Fletcher Jones would do so only if we agreed to a trade-in. I asked to speak to the General Manager. Mr. Soth assured me that I would receive a call from Brandon Moore, General Manager. I never received a call back.

    Wow came in for a test drive. Met with Raphael. Who’s the sales manager at Fletcher Jones Audi. What kind friendly knowledgeable expert service I received from Raphael I must say. After a great experience, Raphael referred me to Audi Sales Specialist Melinda. We did a test drive and Melinda knew all about the product I was looking for. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and she even showed me things about the vehicle I had no idea of. I was blown away with Melinda. Once we returned to the dealer, I met with Audi New Car Sales Manager Gabriel who again treated me like family. He too was very friendly and answered all my questions. In the end I came in for a test drive and walked out with my fourth Audi from Fletcher Jones Audi. This dealership treated me and my wife like family yet again. Anyone who’s looking for a Audi I strongly recommend that you visit Fletch Jones Audi.

    My First Car Shopping Experience

    As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about the experience of buying a car on my own. From the time I arrived I was treated with kindness and respect. The sales person who helped me was friendly and helpful and soon put me at ease. I was able to test drive the car and go through the purchase process in a very timely manner. Although it is never easy to make such a big, important purchase, by the time I left the dealership, i felt good about my decision to buy the car.

    Amazing everything!!

    Seen the new Audi Q8 at the auto show. Set up a test drive with Fletcher Jones Audi. When I walked in I was paired up with AUDI brand specialist Matt Kahn. From the get go Matt was very professional and very aware of all the specs of the vehicle I was looking for. During the test drive Matt showed me all the technical details and after the test drive Matt showed me literally everything from top to bottom. He took his time, we spent hours going over the fine details of the car. I was so amazed by his professionalism and knowledge that I immediately knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Matt made it very easy for me guiding me all the way. During the course the sale manager Zach P. approached me and greeted me and assured me that I would be getting great service. Then I was greeted by the finance manager Jason O. Who also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. All in all I definitely recommend Fletcher Jones Audi. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Fletcher Jones Audi, and I will continue to buy from this dealer especially with great staff like Audi brand specialist Matt Kahn, sales manager Zach P. And finance manager Jason O.

    Had an issue with my windshield on a new car

    Leased a new car with a cracked windshield with less than three weeks off the lot and was told FJA would not replace the windshield. Worked with Matt Kahn would was not able to convince Dan Flood to help on the matter.

    My initial online inquiry was was answered by Dan (genral manager) and my second contact by Ravi(salesperson), ravi was great to work with, he bought Q5 to my home because i wanted to see if it will fit my garage or not, and at that point i was not even sure if i wanted to buy Audi i also was in touch with Volvo dealership and i requested if i could test drive there suv to see if it will fit in my garage for which they gave me run around. I even told Ravi that i am not 100% committed to buy the car and he did not even hesitated to bring over the car even though i told him that i am not 100% sure if i will buy the car. Ravi, went above and beyond my expectations, not only he provided excellent customer service,he showed me all the features in detail that car came with, he was really upfront and transparent with the pricing no haggle, no pressure car buying process absolutely GEM!! I decided to buy it later ,when I come to pick the car, it was detailed, ready to go, and it all is well. Aaron Q.

    Ravi is a really nice and trustworthy sales which we had a very nice car buying experience. The best thing is that he is a Indian which he speaks Indian and this really helped us to understand the whole purchase process.
