    Amazing experience working with Jewel Balabagno. She was super friendly, really down to earth and most of all very personable. My wife and I brought our 2 infants and that did not phase her one bit. She treated them like people and even had crayons and a coloring to keep them occupied. She is the reason I decided to purchase my vehicle today. I could not have asked for a better salesperson or better experience at a dealership. I highly recommend choosing her as your next salesperson.

    Amazing Selection and Service

    Went to Flag Chevy looking for a new car for my family. Kevin Kersten was patient and showed me and my wife several SUV's and sedans that fit our budget. We ended up going with a Malibu and have never been happier. Kevin and Jerry in finance made the process very easy. Thanks again for all the help, I'll be back to get my next car here.

    I would recommend buying a car from them they were all knowledgeable and courteous especially my sells person Kevin could get everything done to get me in this vehicle and I appreciated the manager Brad was very helpful in financing and I will buy another car from them next time.. ps. Drove from Mich.. to purchase the vehicle !!!

    Crooks they try to make buy warranty and I refused

    To all women please don’t go there by yourself if I try to sell me $5000 worth of warranty as in when I refuse the Rosie tell me the car and I trust because it manager and he did not wanna speak to me as Adan was a sales manager at the time.They speak so fast so you don’t look at all the additional charges like $500 of paperwork fees $1900 for warranty in case of a stain they will take it out oh the last one $800 for in case you know like they said a bird pooped in your car they will clean it out really. Just because I am a woman does not mean I’m stupid and it’s really Horrible they would try to advantage of me.

    Looking for a good deal on a Corvette

    Tim Petersen facilitated essentially an Internet sale flawlessly. From the time we made the deal on-line/phone and vetted out any problems in person, I was driving it home in about 2 1/2 hours. I do not like to spend time a Car Dealers and Tim respected that.

    Worst people ever

    From the beginning when I arrive two of the sales guys were out in front next to the entrance smoking. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I mentioned I had called earlier about a car and was here to pick it up. He pointed me to sit inside and someone would be there to help. No one was around and anyone who was around had no interest in helping. TEN minutes later the guys from out front came back inside and offered to help. I'm so glad a cigarette is more important than someone else's schedule! After finally sitting down to go over the rest of the documents and signing to pick up the car, dealing with the incredibly displeasing smell of smoke, I was asked to provide payment even though I already paid the week before. They LOST my check. Thirty minutes later the guy finally comes back and says it's all taken care of. Thanks for the panic attack guys. Finally got the keys, got in the car. NO gas. As in not even a quarter of a tank. The needle didn't even move off of the "E" line. It was just over a quarter of a tank when I test drove it the day I purchased it. (Purchased on a Thursday, picked up on a Tuesday). There's no way that much gas was used in just the lot and garage areas. That car was definitely driven for many miles after I had purchased it. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and look elsewhere. This is a very unprofessional shop that will do whatever it takes for them to make their money. Once you're in the buying process they know you're "locked in" and from there all the pleasant respect is lost from their employees. Never again dealing with Flag Chevrolet.

    Nic was very courteous, knowlegible and patient. I was extremely particular in what I wanted and he took several hours getting for me what I wanted without trying to upgrade items but explained in detail option available. General Manager and Jerry in Finance were great to work with as well

    Went in to look at a certain car but fell in love with another. Financing was painless and bought the car after a nice test drive. Everybody said hello and was very friendly. Very clean and professional environment!

    VERY DISHONEST DEALER! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    THIS DEALER LIES AND ADVERTISES PRICES ON CARS.COM THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING I was interested in paying cash for a car they advertised. When I tried to buy it, they insisted I pay an EXTRA $899 "Inspection fee" over and above the advertised price. Um, all licensed car dealer MUST do a safety inspection, IT CANT BE extra. When I called them out on that, "Adan" the so-called, RUDE used car manager said ok, he would waive that BOGUS fee and sell it to me for the sale price shown, only to THEN turn around and DEMAND a BOGUS $589 "Vin etch and lifetime nitrogen fee". ADAN IS A DISHONEST LIAR. I explained I can VIN etch for $20 myself if I wanted that(anyone can) WHICH I DIDNT WANT, and that I live out of state and would never come back for nitrogen for my tires, and to waive THAT fee. He said no. They would not waive the fee no matter what, and they would not actually sell the car at the advertised price no matter what. BOTTOM LINE: THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. THEY ADVERTISE SALE PRICES THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING. RUN AWAY FROM FLAG CHEVROLET AS FAST AS YOU CAN. CARS.COM...WHY WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS AND CROOKS?
