  Excellent experience from beginning to End. Service Manager Cody answered all my questions and there was no need for negotiation in price. The car and deal worked out perfectly. I would recommend Fitzgerald to folks looking for a car.

  I highly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Diego Torres for the purchase of my new GMC Terrain 2020. I had a very great experience and he was very helpful on all levels. The process time was correct, relativement fast, pleasant and the rest of the staff very nice. It is a definitely a place to go if you're looking for great cars, great prices and great services.

  We purchased a new 2020 Buick Enclave Avenir from Fitzgerald's Auto Mall. Our salesman, Armen Martirosjan, definitely went above and beyond to help us in purchasing the vehicle. He came in on his day off and even was late for a birthday party for someone close to him. They even replaced the driver's and passenger's interior door panels that were scuffed while we waited. That is SERVICE!! Armen's commitment and devotion to helping his customers reflects highly upon him and his work ethic. Again, let me extend to Armen and Fitzgerald's our appreciation for what they did for us. I will always highly recommend Armen you and Fitzgerald’s Auto Mall to anyone that I know that is interested in buying a new vehicle.

  Buyer beware! Please do your homework and compare the service (dump) department of this dealer vs. all of the others in the DMV. There is no service here - do not buy the "lifetime service" deal at purchase - a gimmick and a disgrace - of to competitors.

  Great Service That Brought us Back

  We’ve only owned two cars and both were purchased at the Fitzgerald Automall on Nicholson Lane. Their service is great and all their staff has always been friendly and helpful. At my last visit, Armen Martirosjan took care of us and help us with the purchase of our new car. He answered very patiently, all our questions, and took the time to show us all the details of the vehicle . We were extremely pleased with the overall process, service and friendliness and when the time comes again, we’ll be back to Fitzgerald for our next car!

  Had a slow tire puncture and also due for service. The service team scheduled an immediate appointment. The service was done promptly and they were able to repair my tire. Excellent job, very friendly and professional team, and the car was also cleaned!

  I went to Fitzgerald Buick with information from a third party website about a Buick Encore I was looking to purchase. The sales person, Mr. Ojiakue, was fairly new to the job but friendly. It took him a some time to get his bearings, which admittedly made the day longer, but the waiting wasn't painful, as he made sure we were taken care with beverages and information on car features and other offers during the wait. In the end, patience won. The sales manager and finance person really pitched in as a team to help make the sale final, and I got a new car for a good price. Overall, I had a good experience.
