    I set up an appointment to test drive and purchase a car. I had to push my time back due to a forgotten obligation. Text sales person when I was on my way. When I arrived, I was informed that the car had been sold. Whoever I was texting could have relayed that the vehicle had been sold. I live an hour and a half away. A called could have been made to inform me of the sale. A waste of time and gas.

    Just a waste of time

    I feel the person I was talking to through email should have told me they would not be able to hold the car. The person knew everything I was trying to do. However I was able to find a better and cheaper car that don’t smell moldy!

    Windshield spontaneous cracking

    While parked in my driveway with no trees or cars, my windshield spontaneously cracked from the driver side all the way to the passenger side. I have found this is an ongoing issues with Subaru involving a lost law suit in 2018, and a current 2019 law suit going on now. There are nearly 100 complaints on NHTSA.gov, countless articles, and forums from 2019 Subaru owners. In addition, my rear wind shield fluid doesn’t work. I have had several electronic issues including the touch screen constantly resetting, the voice activation turning on by self itself, and notification alarms going off for no reason (like obstacle in road with nothing there) just to name a few. When I went to the dealership to have them help with the windshield they were very rude and dismissive, they wouldn’t even begin to listen to me often interrupting me when I spoke and refusing to help me with my issues. They instructed me to contact Subaru directly since they won’t do anything to help me. I am beginning to wonder if I need to pursue a lemon law case or if I can actually be helped at all with these issues. I am a longtime fan of Subaru and was greatly looking forward to owning my own for the first time.

    Used online tools for search. After providing details of requested SUV, multiple dealers were provided for assistance. I was very specific through the multiple e-mail exchanges only interested in the SUV make, color and options provided. I stated that I did not want either their or my time wasted. Assurance was provided they had exactly what I was looking for. Drove there to be shown a SUV which had none of the discussed options, in fact they did not have the requested car/options, they did however; get me to waste my time/money for the visit.

    I found the car on CARS.COM and it took me to First Team Subaru. I contacted Jazmin the Internet sales person and she was very helpful in getting me in contact and setting appt to test drive and look at the car. I met with the sales team and they were very knowledgeable and had the car ready to be driven worked a few things needing done on a used car. No hassle. Purchased vehicle. Great experience. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

    New Dealer...Same Old Tactics

    While shopping for a new Subaru, I was excited to find a new dealership had just opened in the area. I had not been impressed by the other local dealers, so really appreciated the new opportunity. After shopping online, I was assigned a sales person, Larissa Harvey, to assist me. Mrs. Harvey was cordial and helpful. She asked a few questions and I made an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived, before I was able to take a step away from my car, I was approached by another sales person. I realize that any sales that involves a commission means that people are pressured to make sales. That being said, I don't expect or want to be attacked as I arrive. Give me a chance to walk around or at least get two steps away from car. This was my experience 2 out of the 3 visits to this dealer. If I had not had an appointment to see Mrs. Harvey, I would have got back in my car and left. To summarize my experience with this dealer, I found the pricing to be exceptional, but I didn't care for my interaction with the sales department. I have walked away from the offer and I have restarted my car search. At this time, I doubt I will be buying a Subaru any time soon.
