    ERRIBLE!!! I Waited 3 hrs yesterday to sign papers for a new suv,After going over the deal,an hr later this so called (BRANDON) COMES AND SAYS I WILL OWE $595.00 MORE ,SAYS THE FORGOT TO TELL ME, Some kind of Acquisition fee, SO I TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM THE DISC THAT GOES INTO MY MERCEDES THAT I HAD TO BUY OUTRIGHT AND WE CAN CALL IT EVEN HE AGREED!!!! BUT GUESS WHAT HE LIED I GUESS HE THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE AT SIGNING ALL MY PAPER WORK BUT I DID AND CONFRONTED HIM WHICH HE SAID HE HAD TO CHARGE ME. SO MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD HE SCAMMED THAT DIDNT NOTICE??? BUYER BEWARE, HE IS A BALD FACE LIAR!!!

    The service department is horrible

    The sales team is great! The service department is horrible. No more than 3 months after I purchased a new vehicle my radio started to occasionally stop working. I have videos when my radio randomly turn off. The dealership refuse to fix the problem because it works when it's in the shop. The service manager and Honda told me in order for them to fix it, it must happen all the time. I will never purchase another Honda and I will never purchase a vehicle from First Team.

    No service when promised on phone.

    Don't go here! Called Sat at 2:40pm asked if could do inspections. Told yes by service on phone then arrived 10 minutes later & told by Dylan (young & nonhelpful) can't do it. Told me those phone calls handled by a third party so got bad info. That sounds like crap to me. That's real nice cannot even talk to the dealership's service dept. directly! Not very helpful!

    Saw a vehicle I fell for on their web site; visited their lot; test drove the vehicle; sales man was aware I was in the market in buying a vehicle; refused to negotiate to a price I was asking for ( very reasonable negotiating asking price in my behalf ) made him aware I do have other dealerships parties interested in my SUV market, immediately the sales representative changed his salesmanship behavior and refused to further pursue reaching deal with me. I did let him know if that particular SUV price ever dropped to please notify me. I never got that phone call nor even an email. Of course the car got sold from right underneath me and back to square one I go!! The whole experience made me so mad, I almost gave up on buying a vehicle! I expected a pleasant experience with them, that turned out to be a real upsetting one. Ugh!!

    Rick Riddle is the top salesman in our opinions. We have bought 5 hondas in the past 7 years, 3 of those were in a years time. We have a 2016 CRV and a 2017 Ridgeline. But i must say if it wasnt for Diane Johnson in the service dept we wouldnt be buying from there. Diane has gone above and beyond to make the service pleasurable. She has a very good attutude and always friendly. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK DIANE and RICK!!
