    You have been warned!!
by Michael from DE | September 29, 2020

You have been warned. How is this place in business? And how are these people not in jail? Any positive review of this dealership is likely fake or old. I was bounced around to nearly every person in this dealership and see maybe two names I recognize in the positive reviews. My full review exceeded the character limit. Here is the short version - know that sales person James, sales manager Josh, service manager Amanda, and finance manager Gulam have no problem lying to your face about anything to sell you a car, make as much as they can off of you, and get you out of their dealership. I did end up working with sales reps Jeff Andrade and Lindsay Iaccabo who were honest, wonderful people that helped me survive this absolute disaster. Not just the worst car purchase experience ever, easily the worst financial transaction I’ve ever had with any business. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership I highly recommend you see my full review on their facebook page.

    Post-Sales Service Absolutely Horrible
by Matt W from Pawtucket, RI | June 12, 2020

I bought my jeep here back in 2015. The sales guy was great, my jeep was great. Post sale service is terrible. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Jeep needed work at 56k. Went online to book appointment. Hours say they are open at 7:30, the site let me book my appt at 7:30. I showed up and waited till 8 and was told they dont open till 8am and that the website should not have let me schedule that early. Okaaay, so I waited! No biggie. Two weeks go by with no updates unless I called each day. Two Weeks!! Most days went with no call back even after leaving a message. Each time I did talk to someone, I was told that a warranty inspector came out but wanted additional breakdown of my engine. According to the service department, the inspector was out there twice. After talking with the warranty company I find out the inspector went out once and that they were waiting for the engine to be broken down. Thats when I found out that my jeep had not been touched...in two weeks!!! Instead of getting a sorry for lying, I get some song and dance about low staff due to covid19. Although I am sensitive to whats going on in the world, that was a BS excuse. I made the decision to pull my jeep just on the grounds that I was lied to for two weeks. Called the owner of the dealership and left a calm professional message because I wanted to lodge a complaint. No call back whatsoever. So there you have it....its obvious it starts at the top.I have since brought my jeep to Bald Hill Dodge in Warwick, RI. My Jeep was fixed within a week AND I received regular updates without me having to ask or call. Unless the service department goes through some serious customer service training, Do yourself a favor and stay away. You may think to yourself, well this is one review and yes your right. But I encourage to look on the internet for other reviews of this place and you will see customer service in the service department is in the toilet.

I always appreciate the friendly quality expert service and the quick turnaround. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, water, soda and snacks. They really care about the customer and I can actually get work done while I wait for my vehicle to get serviced.

    James Aguiar was completely disrespectful
    by Michael R from N Attleboro, MA | December 27, 2019

I've been researching and looking at Jeep Grand Cherokees for a couple of months now and was waiting for the right vehicle and right price to purchase. Back in October, I went into First Jeep to test drive a V6 and a V8 Grand Cherokee so I could determine which I liked more. During that visit, I worked with Bryan (salesman) and Paul (sales manager). Both were very pleasant and very reasonable to work with. I wanted to give it some thought since the V6 is more efficient, but I liked the power of the V8. After giving it some thought and cross-shopping the price they quoted me for their 2019 with other dealerships, I emailed them asking if they could match another dealership's price, to which they came down a bit but it was still more money, so I held off purchasing the vehicle. About a month and a half later, I inquired again about pricing on a 2020 they had in stock. Unfortunately, it sold before I could get in to the dealership. Paul was very understanding and great to work with during these inquiries. Recently, James reached out to me via email inquiring if there was anything they could do to help me in my search, so I mentioned exactly what I was looking for since they didn't have any V8s on the lot. He said he would look around and see if he could get it. A few days later, I emailed him to check if he was able to find any, and much to my surprise he was able to since that configuration seems to be uncommon. I proceeded to visit the dealership the very next day to meet with him to review the window stickers and talk pricing. Right away, their pricing was a little high, but I expected that given my prior experience. I inquired if the price included a $2,000 rebate that I qualified for to which I received three different answers from James: "I didn't know about that rebate," "No, it's no longer a valid offer and isn't on Jeep's website anymore," and finally "Yes, that was already included in the price." After hearing the three different answers as I continued to inquire about it, I felt like I was being mislead, so I thanked James for his time and effort finding this Jeep at another dealership and politely declined as I got up to leave. James became noticeably upset that I was leaving. As I approached the door to leave the dealership, I heard James loudly yell in my direction, and I quote, "don't let the door hit you in the a** on the way out." At first I was shocked that a sales person would even say something like that to a potential customer, especially in front of a bunch of other customers who were in for sales and many others that were waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Blake, the sales manager on duty when this happened, rushed outside to apologize and try to finish the deal. Even though he was able to come down to a reasonable price, at that point I was unwilling to give any of my money to a dealership whose employee just disrespected me like that. I will not be returning to First Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at any point in the future if James is still an employee, nor would I recommend this dealership. I've been treated much more respectfully by shady used car lots before, so this experience was completely disappointing given how great Bryan and Paul had been previously.

    Longer wait than anticipated.
by Dave from Hopkinton | November 22, 2019

Visit took much longer than anticipated for minor service and regular PM. Waited and waited 3 hours. Unusual but not appreciated. Will consider future service visits.

Very nice and not pushy. Friendly and broke everything down for me for me in terms of the pricing and numbers for me to understand. Did not feel pressure to buy the car and they were able to come up with a good deal for Me.

by Mark Vogler from Attleboro, MA | September 12, 2019

The ever popular check engine light struck me. I called and the got me in the next day. They priced match my tires that needed to be replaced and even submitted the rebate for me. Ready on time as promised. A happy customer. I’m heading there for my next car in a few years time too!

    New Truck
by Chris from Freetown | July 06, 2019

I spoke to Dave a sales person on the phone he quoted me there was a promotion of $12,000 off the MSRP of the truck they had in stock. He told me to come in tomorrow and ask for Blake the manager. I drove 45 minute to go and put the deal together. When I get there and sit down I'm told the promotion ended yesterday. Now the truck was $6000 dollars more, The typical bait and switch car salesman. BUYER BEWARE,DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. I hope this helps others. Chris

    Unprofessional Service
by Chuck from Attleboro ma | February 01, 2019

Package #3 was up next so I scheduled a service for Friday(01/25).Extra what I wanted was to replace 4 tires with new tires what I bought somewhere else and was in the back of the Van!¿ I got the phone call Friday afternoon that van is done and I picked it up Saturday morning!¿ As soon as I left the dealership realized yellow lights that say low Tire Pressure!i wasn't too happy about it cause I just spent a lot of money on it!¿ But I had to go to work!¿ So when I got home decided to check what was supposed to be done on Van and what was exactly done!¿ And I got REALLY UPSET!!Unprofessional Work and many things were not even replaced or checked!!¿¿ Here's a list that wasn't done on van!¿ -Inspect and top off fluids! (antifreeze level is really low and we know how important is to keep it on the right level)¿ -Inspect adjust tire pressure! (yellow light was on indicating low tire pressure and every tire had different PSI in them when I checked)¿ -Battery test with print out (not done)¿ -Lubricate Door Hinges and Hood Latches (This is the 3rd service this year and so far NEVER happened)¿ -Replace Cabin Filter (NOT DONE)¿ -Replace air Filter (was replaced but cover never put back correctly so it's just floating in the air)¿ -Perform Rear Brake Service (Nope!)¿ ¿ That's 7 Steps (pretty important ones) missing out of 16!¿ And i was overcharged with the tire replacements!¿ They charged me 25$/tire!But the extra should have been 12.95$/tire because Wheel balance was included in Package #3!¿ Plus I just figured what's going on with the left front tire!(it doesn't hold air pressure) The valve stem is leaking! They Didn't replace old stems just left the old ones! Clearly Unacceptable!!¿
