    I had purchased a car that ended up not being comfortable with a back injury in received. I called the Internet Manager and spoke with her about switching it out and getting into something different. She was very helpful and got a new car manager with me the very same day. Firkins took great care of me and now I drive a beautiful 300. Thank you Firkins.

    I Ordered/Purchased my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT Classic from Firkins of Bradenton in Late January 2013. They did an excellent job in the purchasing process lead by Jason.C & Mike I. I also ordered a New MOPAR Performance Cat-Back Exhaust through the Parts Department and before I even knew that my car had arrived, They had already had the new Exhaust installed for me! (I do need to call them to ask them to enter that into the system so that it shows up on my Dodge Owners Site as a Dealer Installed Option...I just have not called them on it...my fault). The Service Department has always done a great job for my wife and I over the years and is even better today, We purchased a New Jeep Liberty from Firkins in 2006 and never had a negative issue with the service department, My wife owns a 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT and we take it to Firkins for the Oil Changes and chassis inspection/lube. They have Bottled Water, Coffee, Donuts, & Bagels (Need More Donuts Less Bagels Please...lol) in the customer lounge. Mark and Bryan have always been very prompt and courteous any time we were there for service. They even washed her car a couple of times after the service was done, I highly recommend Firkins Sales, Parts, and Service, .... - G. Lopez - Palmetto, Florida

    Terrible Service

    I have nothing but issues with my vehicle since I bought it from Firkins. Too many to list, but the most recent had been regarding my brakes. I have complained multiple times about the same brake issues and their continued response is they can't find anything wrong when they test drive it. I take it to another dealer and I find out that all 4 pads and rotors need replacing. The car only has 20,000 miles and has not driven hard since I bought it (supposively new). Seems like the brakes had heavy wear and tear when I bought it and Firkins Service didn't recognize or discuss replacement options with me. They actually tried to convince me that this is how Bembo Brakes are supposed to sound. Ridiculous.
