    We're do I start . I have a dodge grand caravan wheelchair van that would stall while driving . I took it to Firkins for repair and was assured they could fix it . They had the van for 5 days and I had to call them to get a status update . They finally stated the van was stalling because the chip keys were bad and also the module in the steering wheel that read the keys . I had them change the parts at a price of $929 and picked up the van and on my way home van stalled . Took van back and waited for them to call and once again I had to call to find out . This time they stated it was the transmission that was causing the van to stall while driving . They rebuilt the transmission and the only time they called was to say they noticed the starter was in bad shape and stated it needed to be replaced and I said to replace it . This total repair was $2800 and guess what I picked up van and it still stalled while driving home . Took van back and waited for a call and finally they told me it was a fuel issue and stated they would not work on it because it was a wheelchair conversion and after market fuel tank . So they took my $3729 and van was never fixed and stated they would not work on any of my vehicles . Talked to general manager and he stated they could not help and said he would give me great price on a new caravan . Why would I buy a new dodge when they couldn't even fix the dodge I have now . Horrible service I will never buy a dodge or anything Firkins sell ever.

    Very courteous and had our van repaired and serviced in a timely manner. This is our fourth Town and Country, and it is a wonderful, versatile vehicle.

    Joe Murray is the best service tech I have ever encountered. He explained everything with no high pressure. Right now I am in South Carolina needing repairs at a dealer who has zero customer service. I called Joe and he helped me over the phone as much as he could.

    I am a full time resident of Bradenton; however, I bought a specialty car in D.C. and drove it home. Even thought I did not buy the car from Firkins they have provided me with the best possible service; routine, warranty, and special customer requirements. I have personally met each and every person who has any contact with my car and each one is friendly and competent. My requirements are understood, They are met the first time. There are no callbacks. They are flexible and it feels like we are a team.

    sales consultant Aaron Dahlgren got me a fair deal. I explained to him what I needed and he got it done! He never tried to push me into changing my mind. Other car salesmen should learn from him. I was starting a new company and needed a certain type of vehicle. He searched through their inventory of cars and got me what I wanted. I bought two cars that day.

    Late March we noticed the engine light on in our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van. We were driving home to Michigan in two days so wanted the lite checked. When we went to service they said it would be a week before they could service our van and to just another place to stay for the week until they could schedule us. Completely uninterested in service. We spend the winter in Bradenton and will not visit their dealership again. On the other hand we then traveled to the other Chrysler dealer in Sarasota who gave us prompt, courteous service.

    Wrote a negative review on Firkins chrysler. Rob Lohbauer from Firkins responded to apologize and request me to call him I called two weeks ago, left a message ,no return call. Should I say anymore on their customer service.

    Went to service dept with a chrysler product with under 200 miles. Had two issues and a part to be replaced. Service said they would order part & complete repairs in about seven days. Service dept called a week later & said because the vehicle was not purchased there they would not service it. It was purchased in naples as they did not have that model in stock. Very poor customer service. I went to another chrysler dealer in sarasota & they completely took care of the repairs. Not dependable.
