    Wonderful experience with Ferrari of Atlanta

    It has been an awesome experience. Michael Mills was a pleasure to deal with and so was the rest of the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous in answering my calls and questions even when Michael Mills was not available to do so. Ferrari of Atlanta is a very reputable dealership. The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. I am sure that the great service will continue beyond the initial purchase. It already has. Thanks so much.

    Always the best experience!

    I've purchased a number of vehicles from FOA. My salesman, Dan Burris, is courteous, very knowledgable and the no pressure approach always makes it a great experience. Michael Mills is also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff is happy for you and your family to walk around the showroom and just look at all of the cars. Simply the nicest and friendliest staff, general manager, and service team of any dealership in all of Atlanta.

    I had heard that buying a Ferrari was a painful process. It wasn't that there would be a wait (that is a given and for good reason) but the interaction with dealers who have too many clients. With the Atlanta team you'd never know that there is a line of customers out the door. From beginning to end, the folks at Ferrari of Atlanta were great. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with. If you are fortunate enough to be able to consider a Ferrari or Maserati, I would recommend that you give them a call.

    I've been buying high end cars around Atlanta for years..Cars have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. There are many fantastic autos available from various manufacturers, so for me the buying and owning experience helps me decide which car to buy. In this particular purchase Ferrari made the car great and Ferrari of Atlanta made the buying experience really enjoyable.From the moment I saw the car on the showroom floor, to taking delivery of it, the whole experience was very professional and FUN.That is a word that I would seldom use to describe a car purchase..The guys at FOA are real pros.Well done.Thanks

    Dan Burris and the team over at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta are nothing short of TOP SHELF. If you're considering buying (or servicing) a car, make sure you give them a call FIRST. I have several friends and colleagues that recommend this place very highly, but I had never been myself. I became a new customer recently...and within 60 seconds of stepping into the dealership I knew I would be a customer for life!! Getting to this dealership is a 7-8 hour round trip for me…and still, it’s totally worth the trip. My buying experience was beyond amazing. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. When you walk in to look (or buy!), you know they want you there and you are treated as such. I wish more places could get the car-buying-experience right like they do here. In choosing this dealership, I also knew I wanted a place with a strong service department. I’ve already had the pleasure of getting to interact with both Michael Roth and Matt Luckie on the service side and I am already impressed. It’s hard to say you’re looking forward to your first service on an expensive car…but with a team this good, I am looking forward to it. So “5 stars” all the way for Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta, and keep up the good work!

    Amazing experience

    As an eye surgeon I am by any standard a precise and demanding individual, and yet, I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my car buying experience at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. Scott Pochick was the sales professional that helped my wife and I, and I mean professional, he was genuinely outstanding in his knowledge and helpfulness. The Maserati was for my wife and I decided to surprise her, a delicate and complex feat that Scott generously spent an inordinate amount of time helping me arrange. He proved himself at every turn in the sales process. From the moment we entered the dealership, Scott distinguished himself, with a courteous no pressure approach, right until the after sales review with my wife of all the car's amazing features. Even more importantly, in 2008 I had purchased another Maserati from another dealership and the experience was so utterly lacking it turned me off the brand for several years. The Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta dealership was far from our Buckhead address but I would strongly recommend to anyone considering such a luxury sport brand to make the effort to visit them. Scott in particular, could not have made this car buying experience any better and I am deeply grateful for his help to surprise my wife for our anniversary. Happy Wife, Happy Life as we all know….

    I can only second the other comments I have read. We were treated very cordially - I guess there is no need for a hard sell with products like these. Scott Pochick knew his vehicles, and also had a great understanding of the competition. The waiting areas and service area are spotless; you can tell they really care about the customers and machines. Went out of their way to allow us to take delivery before all the paperwork was completed. Very efficient on return visit to fill out a few forms.

    I'm probably not a typical Ferrari client, but one who managed to save some money for years and purchase a dream. Dan at Ferrari of Atlanta made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect even though I was 800 miles away in Chicago. He was patient and understood my financial situation and took the time to answer any questions I had about the process. I purchased the car un-seen on his word and it was all as promised. It was a great experience and when the time comes to look for another one, I would not hesitate to check here first.
