    Excellent place to purchase vehicles. Wr just bought our first 2 cars from this establishment and are thoroughly satisfied. Sales staff worked numerous quotes for us and gave us a great price. We will definately buy from them again! Would have given them more than 5 ? if we could!

    Buyer beware

    The facilities are nice. And I have a friend who works there who is very honest and a great guy. Him working there makes me think there is hope for this dealership. But honestly, I simply won’t buy from a Ferman dealership. Years ago I leased a Mazda 3 from Ferman Mazda. I had to go home and get the newspaper with the ad in it to get them to honor the price. They claimed to have no idea what price they were advertising the car for. At the end of the lease I wanted to buy the car and they did everything they could to get me to lease or buy another car from them instead of buying the car I had been leasing. They went so far as to charge me $1000 for the paperwork and another $1000 for an inspection they lied to me and told me it was the law for them to perform. I asked for the law citation and all of a sudden it was their company policy and not the law. And now when I am shopping for a car on Cars.com I see they are advertising prices that are only valid if you are trading in a car that meets certain qualifications and meet other criteria. Another words, not me. But that info is not obvious until you read everything in the ad. So the price for me is $2000 above advertised price. Big surprise. Oh, and they also charge a $795 dealer fee. All of a sudden their decent price isn’t so great. I recommend going elsewhere.

    Service Center no good

    I feel like the service department at dealership is very unprofessional. Before I purchased my vehicle I couldn’t get enough of how attentive every staff member there was to my needs. I will not come down on the sales department because they were really awesome and Sheldon was great. Their service department is HORRIBLE! When I purchased my car it still needed to be detailed, i brought my car back to the dealership 3 times because they half assed cleaned it (brand new car) the last attempt received a 6 out of 10. Recently I made an appointment to get an oil change and let’s just say that was interesting. I had been calling for a week straight trying to get a service advisor to call me back about my warranty and I never received a call back. One of the reps made me an appointment (after a week) but when I arrived no one seemed to know why I was there. (Brian greeted me and he was great very professional and helpful) Moving on...... the wait was not bad but what pisses me off is the fact that the service department falsified information saying that fluids were topped off and they weren’t..... This is as simple as windshield wiper fluid. Why would you document that you replaced something and you didn’t? This makes me question everything. xxxx did y’all even change my oil or did you just reset the light? I called to speak with a supervisor and guess what........NO ONE CALLED ME BACK per usual! I hate their service department and will not be bringing my vehicle back there. I will not tell others not to, I’ll just share my experience and let them decide from that

    Waited over 2 hours for an oil change

    I had an oil change appointment at 9 am. Let them know I was waiting for it and when I checked on the progress at 11am, it had yet to be worked on. So I left! This was my second time here and I will never come back for service or for my next vehicles!

    Too many chief focus in the bottom line

    Since I got the vehicle it had a vibration, called sales Mgr and blew me off, took the truck in twice and nothing was done and What bothers me is that the ADVISER didn?t wrote the problem on the ticket, PLEASE IF YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    AC went out in our Chevy Tahoe. Service Rep, Gary, stated Chevy had extended the warranty for the AC to 60k. Our vehicle had roughly 62k miles on it at the time and Ferman Chevy would not honor it. Luckily, we purchased the extended warranty, but still had to pay the deductible. Service Manager, Bryan, would not even waive the deductible. I purchased our vehicle at Ferman and will never buy a vehicle or service my car there again.
