    1) Takes 2 weeks to get a service appointment. Even longer if you pick a specific service rep. 2) Tom, my rep, was taking way too long to check me in so I had to wait in my car for over 30 minutes. The service techs can't check each others cars and they don't have anyone checking people in. 3) Went in for an oil change but agreed to do the tire rotation with it. I was there at 8:30am for my 9am appointment. I waited there until about 11:30 when Tom finally came to find me in the customer waiting area. He said my suv was done but they were waiting for a new oil pan plug. I waited until 12:45 then had to go check on Tom again. I found out he was gone to lunch but my suv was already outside waiting. So I had to ask someone else if I could leave. They send me to Craig, his officemate. Craig was trying to take care of his own customers but had one other of Tom's clients in front of me. I waited for Craig until about 1:15pm and still no sign of Tom. Craig took care of me and I was out of there by 1:30pm. When I paid the cashier I asked if she could tell me at what time my car was done. She couldn't tell me. When I told her about my rep being gone to lunch (which he is entitled to it) she said they back either other up. But Tom's backup was way too busy with his own client. All tech's seemed that way. Only time to work their own. 2 weeks to get an appoint and 5 hrs to do an oil change???? I will NEVER AGAIN use Ferman Chevrolet in Brandon. Instead I am going to Courtesy Nissan where it only takes 1-2 days to get an appoint. They check you in right away even if the service tech you are there to see if busy. They have better coffee and even given you bagels and donuts in the waiting area. Much much better customer experience.

    Worst experience of my life as far as buying a car period. Lack of communication. Lack of knowledge/skills. Total lack of concern for the buyer. It's almost as if they didn't want to sell the vehicle. I didn't and I will NEVER deal with this dealership again.
