    Last week we took a drive to Clearwater to get out of the house. Just before hitting the bridge to come home, the car died at the point it would switch over to gas. We had it towed to the closest Chevy dealership and they gave us an estimate for repairs ($12,822.60). After we stopped rolling on the floor laughing, we had it towed to our regular guy, Merrick Murvine at Ferman Chevy on Adamo ($305.71). Can I just tell you what a freakin joke of a dealership that is in Clearwater and how much a 2nd opinion is worth? EXACTLY $12,516.89 !!!!!!!!

    My vehicle broke down Saturday morning. Call and the operator couldn?t tell me if my service advisor was working or not. Left messages but no return call. Found out Monday that the service advisor was off. My vehicle was fixed that day.

    I have a Chevrolet car with a transmission issue that GM acknowledges could be a defect. Took it to Ferman and was dismissed and told to take the car elsewhere. I did and will NEVER came back to Ferman.

    Ferman Chevy was very easy to deal with...

    Ferman Chevy was very easy to deal with when my wife and I was looking to purchase a new Equinox. We saw a deal online, which led us to go in and test drive the vehicle since our lease was coming to the end of the term in 2 months. We ran into the salesman Rocky and I?m glad we did because Rocky thoroughly looked at the deal online to make sure it was achievable rather than wasting everyone?s time with trying to get the deal to work out. When it came to the test drive, Rocky really put his skills to the test. He explained to us almost all of the features in the Equinox Premier, almost everything was new to us because we had a standard model Equinox 2016. We were impressed by the vehicle and how knowledgeable Rocky was with it was well. When we were able to make the deal, Rocky was able to get all the paper work together in one shot so the finance guys didn?t need to keep sending back the documents to increase our time there. The finance guy Pete was also great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and made things happen to secure the loan we needed, while also making a few funny jokes. Wrapping up the deal we were running short on time so Rocky was very courteous to us to allow us to return the next day to finish up our lease turn in and go over a few extra things. All in all, we were super happy with our full experience at Ferman and definitely will be our first spot to stop by if we decide to obtain a second vehicle or if any friends are looking for recommendations. You must see Rocky!
