New SUV Purchase

We met in person twice and had several phone conversations while working up this deal. He was always patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I traded in a 12-year-old Blazer which did not have many of the technologically-advanced features of the Equinox, and Brian explained these features thoroughly. Others I dealt with at this dealership were also very courteous and friendly. My vehicle is too new to have service on it yet, so I cannot comment on this dealer's service department.

It was taking to long for me to get a ride back to work so I called my office for someone to pick me up. Funny thing is when Ryan called to tell me what was wrong with my truck at about 2ish...he asked me if I was still waiting on a ride.....lol, I dropped my truck off about 9:30am, we just laughed about it. Picked my truck up at 3:30 and was good to go! Thank you....

My daughter went to finish the deal and the deal changed. The car was dirty inside, and less than 24 hours later the light indicating an oil change was needed came on. Guess that was not part of the big "inspection" we were told about.

FINALLY--ARE YOU READY FOR THIS-THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO ANSWER THAT E-MAIL.And this is,supposedy,an outfit that wants to sell you a car?? They are all yours!!
