    Poor Post -Sales Service

    Let me first say that the service I received when buying a car was excellent. I was very disappointed in the service I received after I bought the car. It's been 6 weeks since I purchased the car and I still do not have my tags. My temporary tag has expired already and I'm taking the chance of driving the car with an expired temporary tag. When I contacted my sales person about my 3 weeks ago, I was told that it was in process and they would overnight me my tag as soon as they receive it. I continued contact him every few days for an update and also letting him know that my temporary tag would be expiring soon. Just yesterday, again this is 6 weeks after I purchased the car, I was told that I needed to take the bill of sales to my tax office and pay for it first. This was new news to me. At no time during the purchase of my car was this ever communicated to me. I have purchased my share of cars in my lifetime and this is the first time I've ever had to do this. In the past, I would receive a invoice from my tax office for my property tax. I'm very disappointed with the post-sales service I received and would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family.

    To again be able to establish and appointment "on-line" is a real plus. The vehicle was serviced within the two hour estimate given when I dropped it off.

    My car was picked up at 11AM and I had no notifcation it was ready, at 5:30PM I sent a text inguiring when I would get it back. at 5:32 i received a text stating it was ready and I needed to retrieve it by 6PM which I was too far away to achieve. at 5:35PM I received call from Service stating that had overlooked scheduling my car for return but could do it the next day some time after noon. The next morning I drove the loaner to the dealership to retrieve my car sent a text I was on my way. When I arrive my car was in the service bay , but it took another 15 minutes to find the paperwork.

    I love Felix Sabates, staff always treats me with respect, the service is great and they bring me the the latest cars for me to drive while mine is being service. I know the trick is to make me purchase a new vehicle and guess what it's working!!
