  often when car is taken in for a repair-that repair is done unsatisfactory and you find something is wrong with the care that you had no problem with before taken the car in for repair. Sometime the car has to be taken back for the same repair which it was originally take to be repaired!

  Ran a few test on my truck. Told me what was the issue and the price. I purchase my own part and now that’s not the issue anymore. They won’t offer me anything as far as a loaner truck. Poor customer service and a waste of my time. They want me to spend more money on test and repairs only to say that’s not the issue.
