    I was shopping for a new car for the first time by myself as I am new to the Philadelphia area. Although I did not go with Faulkner, I felt it necessary to leave a review. Eddie at Faulkner Hyundai did a wonderful job of communicating to my needs. In now way did I feel under pressure with this dealer. I appreciated the transparency and honesty. THANK YOU, you definitely made the car buying process less anxiety provoking and helped me making an informed, wise decision.

    We purchased 2018 Tucson in Oct. 2018 at Faulkner Hyundai. We had Howard Bregman as our salesman, and it could not have been the worst car transaction ever. All the dealer is concerned about is the sale and when you’re out the door they want nothing to do with you. My lease was up so we decided to buy this time, Howard Bregman told me there was going to be no problems with the return of the lease but there was. He told us when we got the lease 3 years ago if we leased or purchased another vehicle from Hyundai that I would not have to pay the $400 disposition fee that is required at lease end. We found out you must finance with HMF (Hyundai Motor Finance) in order to have the fee waived. Howard never told us that all they are concerned is selling the vehicle. I called Hyundai and they told me they have nothing to do with the dealers so beware if you have a problem Hyundai will not back up their product. The company told me they would have the manager at the dealer call me about the issue, still waiting. Do not deal with Faulkner Hyundai and Howard Bregman. Go to Fred Beans Hyundai on Rt. 1 that’s where I will be going for any service issues. Remember the name Howard Bregman. Now that I look back, I should have gone to Subaru. Just an FYI HMF is not associated with the company or dealers in anyway they are just a bank which is all part of the dealer scam, that’s right a legal scam, you’re on you own if you have any problems. Also, don’t let them run your credit you will end up with 2 hard inquires on your credit report for 2 years because the bank will also run your credit. Learn from my mistakes.

    Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.

    I want to write a positive review for salesman Howard Bregman at Faulkner Hyundai Philadelphia who helped me buy my car 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. I've been driving it a few weeks no issues - love the car and got a great price and service from this place. I will return there for my next car. He was so nice and helpful - even came in during time off for me to pick up my car. I can't say enough about my experience there and the service I got from this sales man. Honest and nice. More than I expected when buying a used car. Thank you Faulkner Huyndai Philadelphia!!
