    This might sound nit picky but I bought a brand new 2019 top of the line Ford F250 Kings Ranch. After the paper work I started to drive home in 5 o'clock traffic and in 10 miles the "low tire" sensor warning flashed on my dash. This is my 3rd F250 Super Duty so I didn't panic, I checked the telemetry and drove the 30 miles home without stopping. Luckily I have a compressor that can handle filling big truck tires. It just seems sloppy to deliver a new vehicle without making sure the air pressure in the tires isn't up to specifications.

    Staff was quick to get the process started and asked questions about the cars performance. It was only there for first service but they were through on the overall car.

    I was not informed as to the status of repairs and delay until I called hours after the time it was to be finished. Parts were to be in the next morning and completed by noon, by 3:00 I still had not heard from anyone so I called again and had to leave message. Finally at 4:30 I received a call that it was finished. Two days for a 2 hour labor job.

All the maintenance and repairs have been perfectly done and always on time. calls are returned immediately and help and advice are supplied promptly when needed.     1) I took my 2017 Cmax eco to find why my gas mileage dropped. a recent small trip my car lose 10 miles a gallon. The car was marking 55 miles a gallon. 775 miles a tank full before refilling. as of today october 4, 2018 i am getting 46.7 miles to the gallon under normal use. that is recharging on a daily basis. the dealership service manager said after not being able to solve the problem, he spoke to another employee who has the same car and the summed the problem to the heat. well the weather has changed and no improvement. 2) another problem i have is the rear liftgate randomly does not work manually or with the key phob . we had the car check out a couple of months prior to this last visit and the Fairway service department had order the part to repair the problem. the part could not be found. so the the this last visit the service manager went to search online and could not locate the same part and the computer no such part was ordered. I was told to bring the car when the gate acts up again. Well the gate failed again and it was on a Sunday so my wife videoed the gate not responding. we have not taken it in.
