    This dealership has terrible communication. I put I a request then got like 4 auto response emails. After a couple messages, their sales people just stop answering. Very poor communication

    I was looking for used car for my son . After shopping for most of the day. I was ready to head home when my son stumbled upon a add for Hyundai Sonata. When got there we were immediately greeted by Mr Rudi . He treated us with great customer service. He made our buying experience the best I ever had. I’ve bought hundreds of cars in my life. I’m glad my sons first car buying experience was with Rudi . Awesome guy . I highly recommend checking out Rudi and the rest of the staff at Exotic Motors. Thanks guys see you guys soon on my next car search .

    I don't know why, but I never heard from them about the blue mustang with stripes I was interested in. I then dropped by and walked around the car, for quite awhile, but although there were several people who were obviously employed there, no one approached me. I decided they must not think I was a viable customer. I won't be buying my mustang there.

    purchased a 2005 cadillac xlr from this Dealership talked with Rudy about the car and he insured me the car was in perfect condition nothing wrong with the car . The car was shipped to me in California once I received it there where both quarter panels, grill and front bumper with damage and the paint is not that great you can see where there was body repairs, drove the car rattles , clunking noise and the car is all over the road and it is a hard top convertible the top dose not even work i contacted Rudy he kept avoiding me with no return phone call finely I was able to talk with Rudy he said to me to take in to the shop and they would take car of this , I did take it in to a cadillac xlr specialist to find out whats wrong with the car, the shop notified me with what the car needs and aslo advised me not to drive the vehicle because it is very dangerous to drive in the condition it is in . It been a few weeks trying to deal with Rudy he keeps saying that they will take care of it but still no action from. Them and no phone calls , BWARE this dealership are selling junk cars for a premium price they don't care about there customers, thats why this dealership has nothing but bad reviews, stay far far away from Rudy, Aj, Mike and the owner Adam they are liers , crooks Oh i paid 18k for this cadillac xlr and the repairs are going to exceed 10k what a pice of junk and there not will to fixs the vehicle

    The most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to, they lied to me. I have a bill of sale along with a deposit receipt from 8/10/20, On 8/11/20 they called me and said they sold the car to someone else. They told me they would hold the car until I came back the following day with the balance of the money, instead they sold it to another person. They really give use car sales dealerships a bad name. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Avoid like the absolute plague

    My excellent experience started just 6 hours after purchasing my 370z. While out on my drive that evening, unbeknownst to me, I had a fractured front rim. During this drive the damaged rim decided to make itself known by ejecting itself. Not only destroying my fender on its way off but causing damage to suspension components. No problem, freshly purchased from a dealership with a warranty, easy fix. I couldn't have been more wrong. After getting a tow to the nearest shop I attempted to contact the dealership and got zero follow up, great professionalism, guys.. When I attempted to get the warranty to cover it they told me it was the dealerships obligation due to the timeline in which this event occurred and that the contract hadn't been finalized (excellent foreshadowing in this story). So then I was stuck, obviously I needed to get a repair done since I could not just drive the vehicle home. So, after spending thousands of dollars to repair this back to spec I was obviously not happy but just choked it up to a bunch of clowns trying to run a "business" and continued to just enjoy my car. Those events all transpired in December, 2019. Fast forward to now. I'm enjoying my car, start hearing a few noises that need addressing and decide to take the car into the shop. I have the warranty I paid $2k for, right? Wrong. My mechanic calls me up saying after contacting the warranty company he was informed that Exotic Motors never sent payment to the warranty company. If this wasn't bad enough, the same company that my warranty is under is also the underwriter for my gap insurance. So for the last 8 months I have been driving without gap insurance. Clearly I have seen how helpful the dealership is on conflict resolution so thank god I didn't end up needing my gap. So now, as of 8/3/20 I have been informed of this issue and I began trying to contact the warranty company directly. They tell me I need to talk to the dealership. Now, here I am five days later still unable to get a resolution to this issue to my missing $2k warranty I paid for. I would recommend you to stay as far as humanly possible from this entire establishment.

    Bought a $30,000 car threw a rod and told me to go xxxx myself. Dont buy anythig from this place their cars are abused and put away wet

    Worst dealership ever. They don’t care about your time. They don’t care about you. Read the yelp reviews, PLEASE. Rudy “helped” me out by making me wait for a loaner which he didn’t even give me making me miss a doctor appt. and sit for 3 hours to then turn me away to come back another time. Terrible. They will take advantage of you.

    Stay far away from this dealer. Flew across country to buy a car that was supposed to be clean carfax, mint condition, etc. when I got within 10 feet of the car I could see the entire car had been painted, horrible body work, vehicle had multiple mechanical issues and was told they read the wrong carfax and had info for another vehicle they had on the lot (which they tried selling me). After walking around showroom I could tell almost every car had been crashed and pieced back together. Managers wouldnt even consider refunding any amount of the $600 in plane tickets I had to spend to fly out. Place is a joke.
