  Purchased a lexus ls460 in August 2016. It came with a manufacturers 12/12500 warranty from lexus. Had to bring it in to lexus for some warranty work. Lexus was being hypercritical on language of warranty. I called Sam and he absolutley took care of it with lexus. While the drama was crazy, Sam made it all right and it is appreciated. Never thought I would have to ask Sam for the help, but he was right there to make it correct. Thanks again.

  Thanks Amir! The car I was interested in buying was brought out freshly washed and I received the best customer service from everyone that works there. If you're in the market for a great used car, I definitely recommend stopping by and seeing them. The whole car buying process was smooth, easy and most importantly, quick! Sam was such a pleasure to work with, got me an excellent rate and got my paperwork done in under an hour. I love my 2014 TL!

  Thank you European Motors by Dr. T. Jones from Lancaster, TX I went in with expectations of buying a truck and did just that. I was not able to get the truck I originally went in to see, but before I walked ou Sam and Justin made sure all my options were considered. I found the right truck for me and while I was out test driving the paperwork was being processed. This was a great buying experience and a very friendly atmosphere!!
