  Bought a Toyota Tacoma from these guys. Low pressure sales; they let you know what they can and can't do, in a friendly manner. They showed me other prices for similar vehicles in the area (through cars.com), and even pulled up Carfax reports on a couple of them. Mark, the owner, was great. Negotiating was tough, but fair and we shared some laughs once it was all done. Bryan my sales guy was polite, patient and willing to go to bat for me. Their selection is top notch and at great prices. Highly recommend them.

  At first, I must say I was a bit aprehensive purchasing a car remotely. Looking back, that was the only negative thing about the entire buying process. They respond immediately, even after hours they will respond to email. Never hesitant to answer the phone. Never an attitude when you ask for additional information. They even seem to understand my fear of making a final purchase remotely, based only on their word and photos. Now that my purchase is complete, I am happy to do this all over again and will do this again in the future with this establishment. Thank you for restoring my faith in people and making this process as painless as possible.

  Justin was wonderful to work with. I found a car online that I test drive. I called and talked to Justin. When I arrived at European Motors, Justin had it pulled up front for me to drive. He also let me leave with the vehicle for a couple of hours to have it checked out by my mechanic. Justin was a professional and very easy to work with. S.Elmore

  Outstanding Car Buying Experience!!!

  Justin (Sales) and Sam (Finance Mgr.) are superb. I'd walked through the door at 6:45 p.m. on a Friday evening. Justin and I spoke prior to regarding pre-approval within my finance company's network. When I arrived, Justin had everything laid out so that my buying experience would run smooth. These guys really have it together and they know what they are doing. The vehicle that I purchased had a small defect in the drivers seat. So I returned to European Motors a few days later, as Justin requested, to have my seat repaired. Justin provided me with a Loaner Car for a couple of days. So, when I returned to pick up my car, the repairs to my seat were flawless and looked like a brand new driver's seat. I mentioned that scenario as a testament to the great service that I received from Justin and the European Motors staff. Courteous, knowledgeable and patience would best describe Justin and European Motors staff. I would recommend anyone to shop with the guys at European Motors and ask for Justin. European Motors is now considered my "go to" dealership for my next vehicle.
