  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mike Vaccaro. He kept me informed of my Baby Benz's whereabouts every step of the way as it was being built and as it was coming to me from overseas. He resolved some of my minor issues in an extremely timely and efficient manner. I probably would have purchased my car elsewhere if it weren't for his EXCELLENT service! I love my new car.   This dealership goes over and above my expectation each time I visit. Every person I encounter most definitely enjoys their position and the responsibility that comes with it. My work commute is approximately 50 miles (from the southwest towards King of Prussia) and while there are many Mercedes-Benz dealers that I could do business with, my current vehicle is my 3rd one with EuroMotorcars Devon. I expect it will be far from the last.

  When I walk in the service department, Dave O'Brien greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and makes me feel as if I am his only customer. I waited 10 years for my new Mercedes E550 Sports 4Matic, therefore I strive to keep it clean, tidy, flawless in perfect condition. Dave O'Brien is helping me to do so. I am unable to clean my own car due a bad shoulder; I do not trust just anyone to clean or wash my car; Dave O'Brien has made sure I am able to have Mercedes do the above for me. Dave is more than just a service provider to me (for Euro motors-Devon), he is kind, compassion,a friendly face, and friend I look forward to seeing when I take my car in to Euro Motors Devon.   David O'Brien of EURO Motorcars Devon services has done a really great and positive job keeping my Mercedes operating properly by solving problems of the car for my son who needs it to travel in properly for medical applications for his spine injury.   I have been a loyal Mercedes Benz customer for over 10 years . This time I decided to look for a pre-owned certified Mercedes and went to Ft Washington,West Chester ,and Euromotorcars Devon, I can honestly say that Euros cars looked like brand new ones and the knowledgeble staff and Managers friendliness was a much superior buying experience then I recieved at the other two franchises. I will be recommending them to my family and friends for sure! Thanks again Euro!

  Just purchased a new E350 from Derek Leggins.This is my 3rd Mercedes, but the first purchased from Devon. I had always felt that the salespersons didn't seem to care if I bought a car from them or not. Derek made the shopping process very easy, and I purchased the car from him rather than going to another Mercedes dealer. I expect to return again for my next purchase. Great job guys.

  The sale paperwork was tedious and lenthy. The Volvo C70 looked very good but the rt rear window retracts when the car is started. When I called them there was indifference.
