  Talked and emailed 3 different people, including the owner, and never got a straight answer on whether or not the car was available to test drive.

  Tried to get a used car, everyone was nice until I got to the financial department. Waited 3 days to know something and kept getting pushed off like they were dodging giving me any information. I was recommended to go with this establishment but as unfortunate it is to say I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants to get a vehicle.

  I bought a GMC Sierra in December and was given personal service by the owner himself. He stands behind every vehicle and offers free Oil and Tire Rotation on vehicles he sells. Thumbs Up Ethan Hunt.

  Poor Customer Service in communication via email

  I emailed the dealer inquiring about a vehicle, and got a half answer response 2 days later. The response was not professional nor was my questions answer thoroughly. I was not going to take a 4 hour drive to see a vehicle with poor communications via email, only imagining would be like in person.
